Stopped in several times open sign on yet no service at the drive thu(7pm).once ordered in side paid server ,server put food in a bag but never made our beverages kept waiting then realized these people are waisted.

The morning crew Monday-Saturday is amazing always quick and kind- the afternoon crew and Sunday crew is awful! They are beyond slow and never seem to get the orders right. When they screw up they never apologize or anything they just rush you away- very upsetting with the afternoon crew. However as I mentioned the morning crew is fantastic!!!!

Come here quite frequently as we are locals. Fast and efficient drive through service, but the inside is always a mess when I bring my kids in for a donut or two. Can’t even sit at a table without having to wipe it down myself. How hard is it to have the employees clean the tables more than once a shift??
A young lady named "Lexi" was awesome with customer service and energetic conversation...i actually never been to this Dunkin Donut store before this time,today and its a calm relaxing atmosphere...i will come again,just because Lexi was so kool!
