The current manager has not performed well, and the store requires a new store manager:The store always has stock shortages and constantly asks you to switch to a different flavor. If a certain flavor is always out of stock, why not just remove it from the menu? This way of doing business is very inconvenient for customers. The flavor is clearly listed on the menu, but when customers come all the way to the store, they are told it's out of stock and have to choose another one. I seriously suspect they are trying to push the flavors that don’t sell well. This has happened more than just once or twice—the out-of-stock rate is over 50%, which is extremely frustrating.
I hate to leave a negative review because I truly do enjoy going to BR / DD and it’s the closest one to me but my last experience was HORRIBLE. Not sure if she is a crew member or manager but Jessica or “Jess” provided the worst customer service. She was flat out unpleasant to the customers in front of us and to me and my niece. When it was my turn she was rushing to take my order, wouldn’t even let me finish my sentence before she’s asking me something else. Not sure why she was rushing me when my order took over 20 minutes for 2 little hash brown cups. I get we all have bad days but if you hate your job then quit cause at the end of day you are in customer service and that’s how you drive customers away.
Been here a handful of times and the service is quite lack luster. Staff never greets you nor do they take much initiative to offer service. I take my 3 year old boys there and you would think someone there would at least show them some attention to help create a better experience for them but nope just a lot of bland, uninterested faces behind the counter. Whoever is running this place clearly doesn't put much weight on quality service.

I had the absolute worst experience. I ordered online and when I get to the store after driving 20 minutes to get there, I’m told that they only have one flavor out of the four that I ordered and they had none of the toppings that I requested the girl on the register Has attitude and keeps telling me what else can I get you. Not only did I not get what I wanted. I paid full price for it and of course there’s no manager on site that can assist this is piss poor service. items on your website should be available or they should not be on your website for customer to order and then get disappointed when they arrive. They don’t deserve the one star that I’m giving them. Get it together Baskin Robbins! Cold stones is right down the street?

It is not the first or second time that it happens... always pays extra to put caramel in my coffee and on the contrary, they send totally without caramel... very dissatisfied with this place.

They don't pay attention to the. orders taken. They gave me 2 raw bagel bites and they charged incorrectly. This used to be my favorite DD. Early a.m. crew may be ?

Bad experience, a girl didn't want to take my order, I better left. I will never return to that place.
I stopped off at this Baskin-Robbins to get ice cream on this Hot August day. As I was waiting for my ice cream I was looking at the donuts and bagels . All of a sudden I see a mouse walking around in the tray of bagels. I couldn't believe it I stood there and stared at this mouse in the food which people are going to buy and eat. I told one of the people who works there about it and he called somebody over to go look and he said he didn't see anything and that was it.
I saw the manager and told him and he basically shrugged his shoulders.
The tray of bagels was not removed and neither was any of the other food. Clearly this is a health violation. I understand there's going to be mice and insects and other things associated with food but clearly this store didn't seem to give a darn about anything that was going on in their store or more importantly the safety of their customers.
I was trying to be nice and said what was going on in a low voice but maybe if I shouted it maybe then they would have gotten rid of the food and did something about the problem.
Now customers are going to come in and buy what is in the trays not knowing a mouse was prancing around in the food they just bought.
Hopefully this review will alert people about what is going on in this restaurant and I will be calling the health department as well.

Worst place to order uber eat all the time my order is missing item. I order 5 things only three came. It's happen multiple time with this location is like they don't read the order
