Sad to see it has closed! Best healthy and reasonable food! They are missed! It is a true loss! Crime trickles down! Sad for the excellent employees too!

My recent attempt to dine with my family at Boston Market turned into a maddening experience, and I can't help but wonder if this kind of customer service contributed to their business woes.Upon arrival, we were met with a shocking revelation - the cashier claimed that the cash register was "broken" and that the only way to place an order was through their online system. This left us baffled and frustrated, as we had hoped for a traditional in-person dining experience, not a cumbersome and impersonal online ordering process. It was a clear indication that the establishment was not equipped to provide basic customer service. To make matters worse, the customer service we encountered was simply abysmal. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience or attempting to help us navigate their unusual ordering process, the employees displayed a shocking level of rudeness and unhelpfulness. It was clear that they had little concern for our dining experience, and their dismissive attitude only added to our frustration. This experience left me with the impression that Boston Market's issues extended beyond just their "broken" cash register. The combination of impersonal online-only orders and an indifferent approach to customer service likely played a role in their business struggles. It's regrettable to see a once-beloved establishment falter due to such basic failures in providing a welcoming and customer-friendly environment. My family and I certainly won't be returning to Boston Market, and it's no surprise that they may have encountered difficulties if this is indicative of their typical service.

I ordered meatloaf with mash and corn and I couldn’t believe how bad the food was. Mash tasted like bad instant mash, the corn wasn’t good and the meatloaf was bad as well. I remember many years ago Boston market was really good. Not anymore. On the plus side the place was clean and service was

Did all Boston Markets turn this bad or is it just this one? Only a few years ago I loved Boston Market food, but after today, I will not be returning. I couldn't stand to eat any of it.

Came in and no one greeted me. Then some kid said u ready to order? Not welcome to Boston Market how can I help you. I ordered and asked for the corn bread and he said it's right here and held it up. I said can I have the warm one and he just dropped the one he had on the counter and grabbed the warm on. The spanish older manager was there and never said hello or how are u today. Let me say this, the customer service is horrible and from what I saw...thats probably the reason the restaurant was empty!!! Teach ur team how to provide excellent customer service. That's what brings customers back. Horrible experience. Don't recommend this Boston Market.

The floor and seating area need to be deep clean. No meatloaf, although it was still in the menu. Sweet potatoes were soupy and tasteless. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Felt like the staff was really just doing what they had to do. Food was okay but portions skimpy.Went back a year later to give them another try as I really like Boston Mkt.'s food, but sorry to say they hadn't gotten any better. The young man behind the counter didn't say a word, including "thank you". He seemed really annoyed with just being there.

Yep It’s her

Called to speak to a manager on 7/1/2023, at around 4:15pm. The person that answered the phone claimed that he was the manager (Julio) at the moment”! The food is horrible, old and nasty not to mention that they took the liberty to change one of my sides on my DoorDash order that was falsely advertised! This place is terrible! Go to another Boston market don’t go to this one! I attribute this to poor management

DisappointedI visited boston Market in Aspen Hill Often, the customer service is normally good and the food is normally good. However today I ordered the meatloaf kids meal I was alerted that they are substituting meatloaf for meat balls. This happened prior and I was given three meatballs I got home today to feed my child to only discover it was one meatball.I called and was told that's due to the size they switch up the amount offered. I alerted the manager that should have been explained at purchase being I would have ordered something else one meatball isn't enough to feed my child. I don't think he understood the level of inconvenience this caused being he kept saying they make decisions due to portion size which varies. I asked why can't that be explained he said that's just something they don't do.My frustration is that no one should have to guess what they are purchasing every time they try to support a business. This is extremely frustrating for a mother who is now at home with a child who doesn't have enough food. I would have purchased more if I had known.Let me be a lesson to you all, check your order every time they are not consistent. Especially if you are purchasing for your child.

I really don’t understand why one of the main Boston Market entrees — MEATLOAF is always unavailable via DoorDash or Uber Eats. My review might have been a bit higher IF I didn’t have to be inconvenienced by driving to pickup my Meatloaf meal since it’s completely unavailable for delivery.
