One thing consistent about this place is the watery coffee! I just paid $2 for warm hot water smells like coffee. This is 4th time in a row. I am not coming back to this place ever!!

They have only girls today, Sunday, who are working as if forced to pay very, very bad attention. I will never return to this place and I don't know how to recommend them to anyone.

They always forget added espresso shots in drinks, donuts, and I wasn't ever asked to pay. I just had to wait I'm front of the exit for the wrong food

The Drive Thru is the best feature here, I would suggest to just stick to it please. Coming inside and have a breakfast inside is very uncomfortable not because the place is a mess, not at all inside is nice what makes it uncomfortable is the supervisor or shift lead they have.
I have come many times and almost every time is always this person that start talking and telling all the other employees about the things they need to do, but it is so disrespectful I have witnessed many other patrons being uncomfortable. The last time I went there our drinks were not done correctly and i requested to either being rectified or a credit back since it was already paid, one of the employees tried to fix the beverage but this “supervisor” just yell at the employee and she will take care of that and she told me that I should order the right thing….I did order through the kiosk so I knew what i ordered, after that one of the employees had enough and they start arguing on front of everybody, the employee said to her she needs to chill and everyone is busy…I was totally agreed with that employee.
That supervisor needs to either get re-trained or go to some classes to learn how to relax and manage people in a better and efficient way.

I’ve been looking for an alternative to McDonalds down the road, tried this location yesterday and today. $6 meal deal is advertised and I specifically asked for it, but the total came to $10.41 each day. My kids like to drink milk with their donuts when we go occasionally at night, but we are told they don’t stock milk. Love the food, but if the management is not training and herding correctly I’ll pass.

Didn’t order from here simply cause I needed an outlet for my laptop, there were none unfortunately, good seating area though, better than other places I’ve been to and staff seemed super friendly and lots of easy parking

I treated my sister's to ice cream at B.,& R. Then I saw that Dunkin' Donuts was in the same location.So we added 3 yummy do-nuts to take home with us!

I bought a donut & a frozen caramel coffee from here today (5/16/24) at around 7-8pm. The costumer service was decent/normal. I drank my frozen coffee and about half way I realized it smelled like BAD, OLD MILK. I ended up sick & throwing up from this. PLEASE BE MORE AWARE, CLEAN YOUR MACHINES!!

Needing to pick up birthday cake at 8:30PM and the place was hopping. Even though there was a line 7 deep for ice cream, one staff member saw me with the cake and quickly pulled me aside to ring up! Thank you

The family and I came here around 4PM to purchase a cake. We grabbed one out of the freezer and got in line. There was a family ordering ice cream before us. Unfortunately one of the employees was rude and shouted for us to come to the counter. When we walked over, Jesica rolled her eyes and said “this counter.” Not sure why she was unprofessional, it wasn’t even busy. Then we asked if we could get “happy birthday” written on the cake, she never answered us with a verbal yes or no. She walked off with the cake. Then came back with paper and pen and said “write it.” She was very short and abrasive. Horrible customer service at this location, I recommend people take their business to another Dunkin location.

I don’t recommend this dunkin’ at all!! I stopped by with my sister to get breakfast and we were missing an item so we go and ask for it and they are refusing to give it to us when it was paid! The employees also refused to give us our receipt when we asked for it they ignored us and kept arguing with us!! It’s just sad since we’ve been going to this dunkin for years and we’re never been treated so poorly! We ended going to the dunkin across the street to order our food and we told the employee at the register about our treatment from the other dunkin and she was baffled she told us that was unacceptable and unprofessional on their part and she ended up giving us our missing item from the other store along with what we order. It’s really the principle of our treatment that hurt us we weren’t looking for any issues but the treatment we received was ridiculous and unacceptable!! So please don’t go to this dunkin unless you want to deal with rude and entitled teenagers.
