Listen , I’m no prude… but I can do without knowing this staffs personal business and all the cussing and playing. What I needed was for ONE person to turn around and acknowledge me and the rest of us in line. A lot of ignorance happing. Ignoring me and looking past me is wild. Too much talking and playing and not enough working. It’s really rude and it’s annoying and inappropriate. Do better. Standing here for 20 minutes listening to people complain about their jobs or lives is not why we come here for. And if so, at least say hello. And can still hear you name calling and talking crap as we round the corner? Anyway, thank you to the quick response from the manager, but I opted For a full refund. I’ll go elsewhere.

Ordered takeout..got the half chicken frontega sandwich and there was barely any chicken on there. Probably a teaspoon of chicken. 😒 i couldn't believe it. Come on!! @panera, if you want repeat customers, do better with the serving size.

Crowded. I had an email for 20% off pick 2 which is what I ordered but they did not honor it. They said it was online only. The print was so tiny I didn't even see that!!! We had a large party that day and it was a sale to them! What difference does it make how one orders it!! I even have their Panera card for these sales. To no avail. Makes me mad and it's not fair at all

ordered the new sandwich from the menu which looks disgusting and poorly prepared. I asked someone to remake my sandwich because that avocado looks bad and the amount of avocado is very measly. The manager said no because I changed the bread and that amount of avocado was the correct amount of the sandwich. I told her that that amount is not worth the price of the sandwich and that avocado looks bad. She told me that she could only refund my money. I think the manager is not capable enough to hold her position. Her name on her nametag said CHAYA! I will not be back 😕😕

The food is great but after all these years of knowing about Celiac and gluten sensitivity and the fact that people don’t need gluten and that it has inflammatory properties!! They still don’t have a gluten free bread option baffles the mind .

My sandwich was absolutely incredible. Just filled with lots of meat, cheese, avocado and chicken. It was delicious. Because the sandwich was so large I took half home and had it the next day for lunch. Just an added extra bonus.

This was my first time visiting Panera Bread, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The restaurant was clean and welcoming, with a relaxed, cozy vibe that made it easy to settle in.
What really stood out to me was the service—especially from Janus, the cashier. Since I mentioned it was my first time, Janus went above and beyond to walk me through the menu. She took the time to explain the different options in detail and even shared some of his favorite dishes, which was super helpful. Her friendly attitude and genuine enthusiasm made me feel comfortable and confident in my choices.
The food was fresh and delicious—everything I was hoping for. I’ll definitely be coming back.
