Very good food, cozy atmosphere, I can't say much about the service because there is not much interaction with the service

Sorry to state anything about this establishment came in today for a breakfast bagel with family and cashier which I won’t say his/her name told us no more breakfast because they were putting stuff away…. There was another family which came for the same, I think they could’ve made an exception and attended to our orders because it wasn’t gonna be small between 2 families. So we decided to leave, no apologies from register personnel or anything was said….. poor service, we decided to come (TO CALL YOUR MOTHER ) bkfst bagels all day and delishhh!!! Not going back

Large spaces, where customers taste breads and delicatessens of various quality flavors and can dedicate themselves to using portable contact equipment

Poorly trained staff. Poorly trained management. To many employees talking amongst themselves. Not helping customers. Have seen several customers walk out.

Every time I carryout it says my order is ready. You look on the shelf and nothing is there. Then you have to wait in line to ask a cashier for it. Then they say they have to remake it. Useless system and such a waste of time. Skip this location.

If you're going to eat at Panera, I highly recommend coming to Aspen Hill. The food is excellent, customer service is great and above all, it's very clean. Also very nice atmosphere.

Friendly service, Squash soup wasn't tasty. Bread and butter were cold, and it would've been better if the bread was heated/ toasted. The apple chicken salad was ok....The apples weren't fresh. The image shows fresh apple slices, but they were dried apples slices.

Standard Panera Bread fair. Really good food nice atmosphere. A bit difficult to find kind of on the back side around the back of a mall.

Initially, I received the incorrect sandwich and had to return it to request a correction. Subsequently, the replacement sandwich had poorly tasting lettuce. I did not even finish the sandwich.

What you would expect from a Panera. Pretty busy on a Saturday morning. Other customers seemed to intentionally slow the line by adding to their orders at the last minute, intentionally being indecisive, etc.

Shout out to Yelp reviewer who recommended the chipotle chicken avocado melt sandwich- it's a winner in my opinion. Not a huge fan of broccoli Mac and cheese which has consistency of soup.Chicken noodle soup ok. I like the chicken tikka masala soup.
