Tried a Roy Rogers for the first time recently. I was pleasantly surprised. Everything we got was good quality and tasted good. The staff was very nice as well.

What a wonderful experience at this restaurant, all workers polite and helpful. I ordered via the mobile app and the order was ready on time and accurate. I ordered a few things and the team member helped organize it for me to easily carry it out. Another team member offered to help me carry it to the car. As my hands were full I opted not to stop for straws or napkins or fixings. To my surprise, my bag had everything I needed including fresh fixings. Great job aspen hill team, I will be back.

Dietary restrictions: I love their roast beef but was looking for healthier options, I was happy to see a grilled chicken sandwich available.

I was disappointed that the cashier used her hands with no gloves to touch my cash and put her hands in my cup and in my breakfast platter. Very unsanitary

Who servers a roast beef sandwich with no au jus? And mark it as a cheeseburger with no cheese. Just go out of business already.

The staff is wonderful I have a disability , the young man came from behind the counter when he saw me coming in to hold the door, then took my order and brought it to my table.

Parking: They had a ramp right beside the store a few feet from the entrance.

I've never seen a place so dirty. Displays are greasy, trays are abandoned under the display. VISIBLY DIRTY coffee machines (imagine inside). To top it off, the pancake was spoiled (sour dough). I'm glad I tried it before giving it to my little son. A very nice girl at the register but a lady with a red dot on her forehead gets involved in everything and doesn't let this girl.

This is the cleanest place I've ever been to. Even the bathroom was spotless!!Food was great too had the fish. Employees were very pleasant as well.

I called at the last minute to get 50 pieces of chicken and 48 biscuits for a repass. The manager was very accommodating, polite and friendly. I arrived at the restaurant and waited a max of 15 minutes for the chicken and biscuits. Beyond grateful and satisfied customer.
