Food was good as usual. Service wasn't great - employee didn't know what the bbq dipping sauce was for the tenders. Hint, it's not the same bbq sauce that goes on roast beef.
The restaurant itself was not good - we're used to the nice one in Frederick on East Patrick Street. This one had a sticky mess on the floor by two booths. Nobody cleaned it up. There was a homeless person charging their phone and watching videos (not eating) in another booth. The vibe was bad. It's too bad because my kids like the tenders and I like the burgers.

This is the best Roy Rodgers I've ever experienced. My family spends over $100 every time we visit. The manager always says hello. Staff are great. Food is always accurate and delicious.

This is a nice store. It's always clean, well staffed, and efficient. Whether I order in-store or online, the food is always as advertised, on time, and hot.

Food was HOT and FRESH!
I was greeted upon arrival and my order was taken quickly. I probably waited about 5 minutes for my food to be ready and it was worth it because it was still hot and fresh! I think the employees take pride in their work here.

The dining room was clean as well as the restrooms.

Not the individual location's fault but this company is NOT the Roy Rogers of 50 years ago for you nostalgia types. It's a pale, flacid corporate echo of the original Roy Rogers.

Tried a Roy Rogers for the first time recently. I was pleasantly surprised. Everything we got was good quality and tasted good. The staff was very nice as well.

What a wonderful experience at this restaurant, all workers polite and helpful. I ordered via the mobile app and the order was ready on time and accurate. I ordered a few things and the team member helped organize it for me to easily carry it out. Another team member offered to help me carry it to the car. As my hands were full I opted not to stop for straws or napkins or fixings. To my surprise, my bag had everything I needed including fresh fixings. Great job aspen hill team, I will be back.

Dietary restrictions: I love their roast beef but was looking for healthier options, I was happy to see a grilled chicken sandwich available.
