I have only had good experiences with 1000degrees. All the employees have been pleasant. I’m especially grateful for D who serves wholeheartedly. She even goes the extra mile to do her work with a smile!

I came in for Honey Garlic wings & fries, and cheesy bread sticks. Spent almost $30, no drink... It charged me a custom fee for flavors already priced on the menu. But before I even ordered, the floor had just finished drying from a worker mopping, and she turned and mopped where I was standing before I could order. Like, she was irritated with me being a customer. This was a time where I wanted to give the place another chance, but I don't think I'll come back again.

Pizza was a 10/10 . My hubby and I went to the last 15 mins for dinner and pizza was theee bomb I’m so I’m impressed for my first time! Thank you chef! I will be back in the fixture for more PIZZA and cheesy bread <3 ;)

Update: salad tasted sour and the pizza had dairy cheese when I requested no cheese so I had no food at the end of it all.

Ordered online and I even showed up 10 minutes AFTER it was supposed to be made. Guy kept denying it even after I showed him the bank charge. Had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to order. As soon as I was leaving it miraculously showed up. I don't care how good this food is supposed to be I'm never coming back. I always tip with any order and this is the first time I've ever regretted it

This place was terrible, had no type of organization, staff was all over the place, it was this one indie who barley spoke any English & he was getting mad at me cause he couldn’t understand me. He made my pizza wrong 3 times. One staff member tried to help but he was just yelling at him, I didn’t even end up getting anything cause of the poor services. He needs to be fired immediately or just shut the whole organization down!!!!!!!!

My recent visit to 1000 Degrees Pizza left much to be desired. The pizza was ok. I didn't expect it to be the best pizza I ever had. The aroma of freshly baked pizza was overshadowed by the pungent odor of cigarette smoke permeating the air. It was disheartening to witness an employee indulging in a smoke break just outside the entrance with the door wide open, allowing the smoke to waft inside, tarnishing what could have been an enjoyable dining experience.Not only was the smell off-putting, but it also detracted from the overall ambiance of the restaurant. As a customer, I expect to be greeted with appetizing scents and a pleasant environment, not the foul stench of cigarettes. It's concerning that the management would allow such behavior, as it reflects poorly on the establishment and shows a lack of consideration for non-smoking patrons.Furthermore, aside from the olfactory assault, the presence of cigarette smoke poses health risks to both customers and employees alike. Secondhand smoke is a well-documented health hazard, and exposing individuals to it in a dining setting is simply unacceptable.In conclusion, my experience at 1000 Degrees Pizza was marred by the unpleasant presence of cigarette smoke, courtesy of an employee's careless smoking habits. Until measures are taken to address this issue and ensure a smoke-free environment for all patrons, I cannot in good conscience recommend this establishment to others.
