Nice local dive bar, great atmosphere. Come here to see my favorite band Red Bullett. The bartenders Nicole and Jen are awesome. Was fairly busy tonight. Love that it's pet friendly too.
There was no food so I can't rate that but I did like the surrounding and the live band. I'm learning the bass guitar, so it was nice 2 watch a true pro play.
This is the definition of a neighborhood bar. You can call it a dive bar, and yet its clutter is sparkling and charming. It’s not tryna be dusty. It’s like an I-SPY of kitsch and my ADD could look around for hours. The music is always diversely enjoyable, meaning nobody is ever thinking “oh not THIS song.” And the staff is welcoming to the max. If you pop in here, you will truly feel part of the community, no matter what walk of life you come from.
Laid back dive bar with a nice atmosphere and friendly staff
Sally is a gem of a human, running one of the last classic Baltimore dive bars.
Bartenders are super sweet, and I have been LOVING the live music!
Surrealistically decorated bar with twinkly coruscating lighting dancing across the mirrored bar and tinned ceiling. Moreover, it's probably, and we've carefully researched this, the sole place in Baltimore to host Honky Tonk, Alt Country, Rockabilly and Roots Rock. The room is much longer than it looks (with a sitting room in the back), so don't be scared off by the crowds that come to see the acts. And the crowds are friendly and welcoming (as are the couple who owns the place); they're there to listen to the music and make new acquaintances. On more placid days, 1919 is just a marvelous place to sit, enjoy a drink or two and watch the madding crowds pass by on Fleet Street. Voted The Baltimore Sun's favorite dive bar, and while it's far too clean for a dive (the bathrooms are absolutely spotless), it is a joint oozing plenty of louche atmosphere.
Went their once and they made me feel like a regular. So I went back the next night, too. Tip Nicole/your bartender!
Great dive bar with good people, chill vibes, and great bartender.
1919 is a laid back old school Fells bar. The bartender Nicole is the absolute best! If you happen to be in Fells Point stop in 1919, you won't regret it. Nicole makes the best drinks ever!

I came in Looking for the open mic. I'll be back for a Hotdog
Great place for a low key congregate while watching TV or listening to tunes.
Very comfortable place to go to have to relax with nice people
Probably one of the best bars we could stumble upon: Live music, American flair and cheap and good drinks !
Great bar! Excellent service and atmosphere inside. Grab your crew and come on down!
