I went in this restaurant on Saturday after calling in my order AND telling the man on the phone my name. I get in there and a man with a thick accent ask me if I ordered take out and I say yes, then give the same name I told them over the phone. This man still gives me the wrong order and I only noticed after getting outside. I basically paid for someone else’s order, so I get someone to go back in and get the right order. The man thick accent starts getting an attitude while saying that he couldn’t refund me my money back and instead of taking the $10 off my original $19 charge. They changed my credit card for my food and another person’s. They basically stole my money instead of either refunding or adding what was charged to my order. Then he said that it was changed to tip money. Why would I give you tip after you got an attitude? I won’t come back to this A1. They’re Thieves. This is a perfect example of how foreigners come into the community and disrespect other black and brown people. Some people just don’t care. I come to this A1 every other weekend just to be disrespected like this. The normal crew is nice but that man at the counter with the accent got to go. He’s rude.

I ordered a large pizza, found hair was cooked in my pizza, have photos and videos. Called the store manager on duty told me he couldn’t do anything to call back in the morning when the main manager was in, called the main manager and he told me I should’nt of waited that long to make the complaint and it’s not fair that I’m requesting a refund for the pizza that had hair COOKED IN THE CRUST. That it happens. Totally unacceptable especially for a place I order from ONCE A WEEK.

I go to this place pretty often when I am feeling like pizza or a sub, more often for subs. Their subs are NICE, they're quick to get orders out, prices are reasonable, and they do very good onion rings. The ones that are large, crispy on the outside, and proper onion in the middle. Not those little burger king bread crumb things.

Love this place so much. It's your typical take out food menu, but the guys are great and I've never had anything bad. Always ready when I pick up which is awesome. I hate when pizza comes out soggy and undercooked but I've never had that issue here!
My family moved to the area just over a year ago and we've had the hardest time finding a place that will deliver here, so when I finally found A1 I was ecstatic. Hubby and I are cheesesteak fanatics and haven't been satisfied anywhere in years.. last night we ordered 2 pizzas and absolutely loved it!! So tonight we tried the cheese steak subs and WOWWW !!! I was amazed at the amount of meat they gave us and for the 1st time in a long time our food was on time, fresh, and still hot!! Even the fries were still hot!! We've definitely found out new spot!! Even our picky "doesn't like anything" 8 year old cleaned his plate!! Thank you A1!!!
