It's a cute cafe. The prices are reasonable. The vanilla froyo wasn't great, though - less creamy and more ice-y. And one of the couches was out of commission due to water having leaked on it.

I love this place I’ve been going for years, frozen yogurt is excellent, never failing to impress me, with excellent texture and taste. They also have good desserts and snacks, I recommend the snack that looks like a fish.
The seating is nice, they have couches and side tables, they have board games and a great coffee shop atmosphere. Employees are always nice and kind

I ordered the Oat Taro Vegan fro-yo and was very excited when I saw it on the menu, but it was unfortunately a complete let down. The consistency of the fro-yo was like a slushy and it had a very unpleasant sour/expired taste. It was essentially inedible and I find that very difficult when it comes to frozen yogurt. It is the only thing I ordered, so I can't speak for anything else on their menu.

I had got a strawberry smoothie but I asked for strawberry banana they didn’t have it sadly so I just got strawberry!! but it was good for my first time here next time I’ll probably try the boba!! Service was great it was a little cold the smoothie was great but just a little too much ice cream I recommend this place if you haven’t been there yet even though it’s not all that

We had heard the hot chocolate and taiyaki here were great, but unfortunately were disappointed. For drinks, we tried both the hot chocolate and the hot nutella. Both were not strong enough, needing more flavor. They were unfortunately out of taiyaki so we tried the veggie steam bun and japchae steam bun. The buns were definitely reheated… and not particularly well, probably via microwave from the taste and texture, which were kind of a mess. Filling was good, but not great on both. Service was also really slow, the place seems really understaffed. Just one staff member here working the cash register, drinks, and the food. Please get your staff some more help!

I ordered two different taiyaki flavors online. I guess they weren’t available, but when I went to go pick them up in person, the cashier never said a word. I got all the way home only to find two taiyaki flavors I didn’t want and couldn’t eat. A waste of time and money. Like why would you look me in the face, hand me my order, knowing full well it’s not what I ordered? She even labeled it with the flavors I didn’t ask for, too. Who does that?

We had the hot chocolate (regular and Nutella) as well as 5 of the baos. Everything was fine, but not great. The bao was improperly steamed or something because there were several dry spots. They didn't have a couple of items we wanted to try, like the Taiyaki. There was one person working there, so it took quite a while to get the food/drinks. Besides the couch in the front, really the only place to sit are 2-tops so not the place to go if you have more than 2 people.
Extremely slow service. 15 minute wait time for one drink.
