I think this place deserves a better rating! The head of food and beverage (Ricky!)is wonderful and so attentive. He was a joy to have as a server and bartender during restaurant week. He takes pride in the place and explained they are under renovation atm and will soon have a great outdoor space. Drinks were great and the food was good (I’d rate food 3.5/5) but very tasty and presented well with a big portion size. It was honestly so enjoyable and I’d be back just for Ricky...
Interestingly, we found Alizee’s dining room empty at 6pm on a Friday. As a result, acoustics were horrible. The restaurant’s floors and walls consist of tile, so the noise coming from the bar and lobby create an echo chamber. The restaurant installed lots of tacky green hedges in an attempt to counteract the effect; however, it doesn’t work.
