I’ve been a loyal customer since 2023, ordering from here at least 2–3 times a week. Yesterday, I ordered two large pizzas that were delicious, as usual. However, today’s order was completely different. As soon as I started eating the pizza, I noticed a strong ammonia-like taste—similar to the smell of Pine-Sol. I even asked my 6-year-old and 17-year-old to taste it, and both agreed it tasted strange.
I’ve only had one previous issue here (with soggy, overly soft lake trout), but today’s situation was handled poorly. When I called to report the problem, the staff acted as if I was just trying to get a free meal, showed no concern about the bad pizza, and spoke with an attitude—laughing when I mentioned we still tried to give it the benefit of the doubt.
At first, I simply wanted to make them aware of the problem, but after being belittled, I requested a refund. I will not be spending another dollar here. Customers matter, and without us, there is no business.

They have really good fried chicken and subs. Im not a fan of the pizza. The food takes like 45 minutes even if you call it in your better off getting it delivered . Customer Service is 👍🏾

I've ordered by phone from this place numerous times but every time I get the same Indian guy he keeps asking me for my cvv number. Last time I gave my cvv number over the phone someone used my info to buy items. Whenever I order on the phone and someone else answers they never ask me my cvv. I don't trust that. Tell him to come correct.

I have been ordering from this spot since 2024 I always order the exact same thing when I do as of lately they have gotten my order wrong numerous times and delivery takes over 1 1/2 and they expect for you to still pay and want cold food. I tell them what I want on my salad and they don’t give me what I asked for and put stuff that wasn’t supposed to go on my food. And today is what did it for me I ordered a turkey club with onion rings told them I don’t want the French fries that comes with it but to upcharge me for the onion rings my food gets delivered I get French fries that are cold old and not what I requested I called the driver because I paid for onion rings and waited over a hour for them to give me food that was eaten out of and had open mozzarella sticks red sauce. This place will never get my money again. Customer service is terrible delivery drivers are always intoxicated high and not talking about weed high one of the delivery drivers was so high he ran into a pole and took over 3 hours to deliver the food and thought I was going to pay for it. All I got to say is is you don’t like your profession get another one because this ain’t even the half but it sure is the last 💯🤦🏽♀️🙌🏾🤷🏽♀️✌🏾😎

Shrimp salad sandwich was STELLAR!!! Delivery driver also went above & beyond to return with my dessert ,which was paid for, but not delivered! Shout out to this guy & the establishment!!!! Will most def holla at them again ......
I ordered a pizza pick up by my sister and when she came back with the pizza, it was the wrong pieco with bacon on it.I'm sorry.I didn't get a chance to take a picture. I called the pizza place bag and e. He apologized and had to talk to them. Cook He told me to bring a pizza bag so I can get the right pizza. I asked my sister if she mind going back to get my other pizza and when she brought it back, the pizza was dry, an overcook, my sauce, my cheese, everything. It was just wasn't what I was used to when I bought the pizza front. I'm two times. All he could do was apologize and say, i couldn't send my sister back because she had other things to do. I called the pizza place bag and all he could say was.I will make your order right next time. I told him there wasn't gonna be a next time. The guy who took my order, didn't want to own up to the mistake.

It took 2 hours for the food to arrive. Pizza was mediocre at best, maybe better if it wasn't cold. The wings were absolutely awful. They taste like tyson microwaved wings that was put in store brand buffalo sauce. Truly disgusting. Delivery driver was very nice though.
