ATTN PARENTS: Do not go here with children. I am the mom of three and we frequent restaurants in the Philadelphia area and beyond! My family was on vacation in Baltimore and on our first night we ate at The Rusty Scupper, where the waitress complimented my children and our family. We sat down and ordered at this “Italian” Restaurant and my sons were well behaved, coloring in books.
