It’s been 20 years since I last ate at Amici’s. Back then the tables stretched into the bar area and it was a gracious experience. The lasagne was good, but not a large serving. Everything was extra, including $4 for a lovely Caesar Salad and a side order of garlic bread. They didn’t carry ginger beer for my cocktail. I suppose to survive, they have reduced the serving area to a very small front room. The waitress was lovely. There wasn’t enough sauce in the small dish...
A tiny bit rushed, my son prefers his tortellini a little more al dente. Otherwise, everything was delicious. Limoncelllo Martini was delish - love them there. A little loud, but that's expected when you get to eat at what feels like your Nonna's Little Italy townhouse.
The food was good with good vegetarian options. The pasta we got didn't have salt though. Good ambience and wasn't very crowded for a Saturday night , we could easily get a table .
However disappointed with the service. We had asked for water and were never served water . Even after asking it multiple times to different servers.
