During our trip to AmperSea, the food and scenery were excellent; however, we had to wait over an hour for our meals. Others who arrived after us were served and provided with drinks, but our server never offered us any beverages. Additionally, we were unaware that gratuity had already been included in the bill, and regrettably, our server received an extra tip. That was a complete ERROR! He didn't merit the initial tip, but we didn't want to appear impolite.

Service was incredibly slow. My fourth time here and it's always very slow. Burger was overcooked and fries were cold. Was very disappointed with the experience.

Quality of food and prices are average for casual fine dining in Fells Point, but the service was not on par with similarly priced restaurants. The service was slow, waiter was inattentive, and the kitchen was slow. To be fair, they had two large parties when we arrived, so that may have set them back. 18% gratuity is automatically added, which is fine, but might explain the lackluster service. The host was amazing though! Lots of outdoor seating right on the harbor with a great view, so the atmosphere is excellent! The menu is limited, and the food was good but not outstanding. I'm not in a rush to come back.

First timer here. I must say the experience was great from the first person who greeted my friend girl and I to our personal interaction with the manager Joey. The atmosphere was the icing on the cake. I will be back with more friends and family. This is now my new go to. All our dishes were fresh and the service was fast. You now have a regular customer even if I just want a drink I’m making that drive. Joey the manager is for the people and represented the restaurant well. Very pleased !!!

I am totally in love with this restaurant. I am from NY and visited Baltimore for the weekend. I went to Ampersea on 7/26/25 let me tell you service 10/10 views, vibe, food, and drinks was superb. The service was amazing. The manager Joey was the ultimate professional and offered above and beyond service. Anyone in the baltimore area must visit this restaurant. The food and drinks are AMAZING. Highly recommended!!!!
