It was our first time at this restaurant, and we had an absolutely phenomenal experience! From the warm welcome to the amazing staff, and top-notch customer service, everything was exceptional. The food was delectable and made the experience even more enjoyable. Unfortunately, such restaurants with this quality of experience, service, and food are rare these days. This place will likely become one of our new go-to spots in Baltimore! Joey, Kiki, and Kyle are truly gems.
Everything we ordered was great. The scallops were awesome, so was the seafood pasta and the lobster roll. And oh, the raw oysters were fantastic, there was one sauce that was like a hot sauce based and it was great.
The Holiday Popup at Ampersea was gorgeous! I made Christmas Eve dinner reservations just to be in the magically decorated space, and it did, indeed feel magical. Dinner itself was very nice. Our food was good. I had the shortribs, and they were delicious. My husband had a pasta dish that was billed as "spicy," but had no spice to it (though it tasted good). Our server was very friendly, but she was extremely busy with too many tables.
