Excellent food and creative Poe themed cocktails.

I'm new in town. Was seeking healthy, traditional cooking. Found this spot and it was EVERYTHING I WANTED AND MORE! Cozy, dim lit, smiles and laughter. The food was delicious a d I love that the chef came out to talk and to confirm our customized order. We had the Seafood Fetuccini with salad and garlic bread... and Mango Vegetable Curry with Shrimp and garlic bread. Yummmmmm!

We hosted our company holiday party here. and had a restaurant buy-out on a Thursday evening. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. There was a lot of flexibility with the menu and the wings and meatloaf were delicious.

If you're looking for a festive, but a little more casual party experience. This place is great! Loved the vibe and the decor.

Parking: there is limited street parking in the area. If you know the neighborhood, you'll be fine, but if you don't you'll have the figure out parking for guests if you're hosting a party there.

The food here is on another level. Drinks were well made too but the food was insane.
Chef came out and thanked us for coming in. She has the salmon and I had the meatloaf and I can’t wait to go back.

I had a Goldbug to drink. It is served hot and has rum and apple cider. Very nice fall drink. We also tried the jalapeno fries. They are vegan and delicious.
The bartender was very friendly. The atmosphere was that of a relaxed, laid back neighborhood bar. It was lively but not loud. The decor is all Poe related. Lots of Ravens and references to their namesake poem "Annabel Lee" (my favorite poem).

Absolutely beautiful place. Amazing food, great prices, quick service, and friendly staff. We shared nachos, I ordered the butternut squash risotto, and she ordered the cheesesteak. Everything was absolutely fantastic. Highly recommended for anyone, but a definite must for fans of Poe! Well worth the trip out there. We live over two hours away, and will definitely be making the drive to come back!

Parking: Parking can be difficult during busy times (we went on a Sunday), but it is WELL worth the potential headache to eat here.

My husband and I are from Pittsburgh, and the first thing we did was stop here. We haven’t been in years and it was amazing to go back. The food and drinks were delicious. The atmosphere is super fun, I loved looking at all the decor. Everyone working there was friendly. I would recommend everyone making a trip here, it’s well worth it.

As poetic as the poem, Annabel Lee, this tavern is the place to be. Whether sunshine or in shadow, the atmosphere here suits. The staff are the best, the food is creatively good! The ambiance and decor is perfectly Poe-esque. It was many and many a year ago that I came here to eat, and decades later finding time to visit again and again is always and shall be a terrific treat.

We had a wonderful dinner here! The atmosphere was relaxed, the drinks tasty, and food delicious. Our server revealed to us that she had just started and she was great! All the staff was welcoming and wanted to make sure we enjoyed our experience. Will return when we're back in Baltimore.

We were both wholly underwhelmed by the food and that's hard to say. I really wanted to like this place. I had the cheese steak and my partner had the crab cake platter. I took one bite of my sandwich and one bite of my cold sweet potato fries and quit. So very disappointing.

My favorite spot for food and drinks! Some of my favorites include the crab cakes, meatloaf, steak, and butternut squash risotto. The duck fat fries are AMAZING, you have to get them! The service is amazing and food comes out quick. The bartenders are very welcoming and super nice. The chef comes out himself to check on how you are enjoying your food. I really appreciate the hospitality here. Will always be back for more!! Please try if you’re in the area!
