Applebee's Grill + Bar

This is a very clean restaurant upon entering. I went here because there is a picture of me hanging in the store for decoration honestly. (Crazy right?) But I will come back now that I know how great this location is. The manager was visible if I had needed additional assistance, but I did not. The greeter was amused when I asked her where the specific picture was, and located it. The waiter met us at out table and was on point the entire evening. I never got his name but I tipped him extremely well for his efforts. Now, the food, was hot, and could not be anymore fresh if I had made it in my own kitchen. One of the best burgers in my life (which I know that sounds crazy, but it literally was perfection) even the fries were light, hot and crispy. The oil was fresh in the fryer (this makes such a difference) and the additional condiments I requested when ordering my meal were delivered before the meal arrived. That small bit of being so thoughtful sent me and my friend over the top. Go to this place. We went on a very busy Sunday evening. Maybe a local church had night service because so many patrons were dressed up, but the waiter just kept moving the entire time. This was a great birthday experience for me. Thank you again.

We usually dine there maybe about twice a month, but last night was horrible!!! We got there at 5:15 pm was seated waited about 20 minutes with no one acknowledging us we had to get the manager that was walking around for service. About ten minutes later someone came took our drink order only water, so we decide to go ahead and place our food order. She brought out the water, while waiting a person I the bar war complaining about getting no service and other women at the bar was loudly talking about her not being served and asked for the manager. We finally got mozzarella sticks no salad and no napkins or silverware. We ask a waiter for silverware he Threw I do mean Threw them on the table. Two other people came and ask are we ok (this is about 30 minutes) I said no and tried to explain she was looking around and looking at me with a smirk on her face acting unconcerned. I then ask for the manager. After about ten minutes we decided we wanted and needed to leave. All of this was very unacceptable and unprofessional. We love coming there for our every other week outing but will find another place where they value their customers and love their job.

I ordered a 8 once steak yesterday and it was cold and hard as a rock with very little seasoning. I just could not eat it because it was to tough.

Ordered a carry out..the service, waiting time and pricing was good, however the food was trash. The fries were rubbery, I asked for my steak well done, it was rare along with my cheeseburger, the lettuce was wet, the burger had no taste. My husband ate the burger late and I didn't tell him how my food was, he ate it and said wherever you got that food don't go there no more. I also got the lime chicken which my son said was good and the chicken tenders were too hard and the onion rings and mozzarella sticks were horrible. I had to write a review which I usually don't do but I spent $85 for food that was nasty. I hadn't been to Applebee's for a minute but my past experiences were good, however I always got dishes like pasta or shrinp .do better please..

Food was great, it didn’t take very long after we ordered. Only complaint I have is the dirty dishes. Our glasses and silverware were dirty , but after the request to change we didn’t have a problem.

I had to set my food back because my food did not come out hot. It did not come out right. It took them almost a 1/2 an hour to bring me a drink. But the server that we had was wonderful

The food was horrible matter of speaking I'm omw to the emergency room for food poisoning at this very moment the MGMT will be receiving a phone call from me ASAP open

The service was ok he didn't come to check on us or ask if we needed anything maybe like once and that's it the manager did come and ask if the food came out the way it was supposed to and yes but he didn't ask us anything but asked the lady's behind us if they needed stuff but not us never want him as my server again

The Presentations were relevant and beneficial in today’s environment. The food, set-up and service at the event was Great ! Looking forward to next year!!!!!
