Went to get a bacon Swiss sandwich and my sandwich was raw at then end the chicken wasn’t cooked fully started to have really bad stomach pain after eating the sandwich from there don’t really recommend this location

Clean restaurant, fast and excellent service, and delicious food.
There was one car in drive thru so I went in with a co-worker. 2 people were inside who had already ordered and was waiting on their food. We waited between 5-10 minutes at the register without being acknowledged. We left and went somewhere else for lunch. Opposite of them was Chic Fil A running two lines and cars moving steadily. This place couldn't handle 5 patrons during the lunch rush. No wonder they only get Chic Fil A's overflow. ????

I only go to Arby's for their Rueben and curly fries. They took away my other favorite sandwich the BLT. I only get take out.

Last experience was Very disappoiting , I ordered a roast beef slider and it was pathetic and small ,they should be ashamed to serve this to anyone,never again will I order this .We won't be back anytime soon ?

Ordered delivery from this store and they didn’t even include Arby’s sauce in my bag when it said Arby’s sauce I don’t know how many times on the receipt but they were spiteful and didn’t even include 1 pack of it! How in the world can you eat a dry roast beef sandwich with no Arby sauce? It’s not fun and you can easily choke! I called the store and the phone number doesn’t work! All of the money I spent for dry sandwiches! Absolutely ridiculous! I will NEVER order from Arby’s again now because of this! Bad business! Get it together and do your jobs or don’t do them at all!

I have not been to Arby's in a while. Food was good and staff was friendly. The sauce pumps were mostly empty and there was a few things that needed cleaning. It wasn't gross or anything but definitely not tidy.
