The chicken cheesesteak used to be great but they have went down. The wings are way too oversized and have no seasoning so you have to kill it with ketchup. The customer service level is non existent to the point that I came in and didn’t even get recognize. The one lady was on the phone and she called out for help but instead of him helping he he answers the phone. The delivery driver came in and greeted me and said give me one minute. He was the best out of all. You the point you can you can see he’s the only one that cares.

I personally love it here. The food is always flavorful and hot. The one downside to this particular place, is the delivery here is a little slow. I like it here.

After waiting what seemed to be hours my food was not only delivered to the wrong address which I had to retrieve my food the food was horrible tasted as if it it had been cooked hours prior to being delivered the food was so bad the pizza the wings and subs the service was very poor I recommend nothing from this place this place needs to be shut down

Worst meat I've ever had. It has a crunchy, gristly texture. It's even a little gamey. We used to order cheesesteaks from Arlon's about once every 2 months. The ingredient quality plummeted like 4 to 6 months ago. They were great before that.

I've learned that the same thing happened to the Reisterstown location but that's under different ownership now, they renamed it to Ravens Pizza/fusion bistro. No matter what you call it, Arlon's sucks.

They succumbed to the enshitification that our system promotes and it's disappointing.

I had the worst ribeye steak quesadilla. It was hardly any meat on it and when I called they said “oh our quesadilla don’t usually turn out like that”. Didn’t offer to make and send a new one. I will never order from here again.

$15 for 1/2 Italian cold cut & fries$1.50 worth of poor quality meat on it. Lettuce and tomato must be in a national shortage..I got 1/2 slice tomato and a tomato top..and a thimble of lettuce. No Italian dressing as I asked, no herbs no parm. NO PRIDE IN THEIR FOOD OR JUST DON'T CARE. Fries were typical can't screw them up out of a bag, deep fries.stay away..if your not now you will be disappointed soon!!
