Food was awful... but it was delivered hot.Bourbon chicken was dry & chucks way too big. Egg rolls were chewy. White rice was good. They also left out requested items that went in my food. Overall I would NOT recommend this place 3 out of 10 .

Best chinese food spot. The food is delicious and the customer service is amazing. It's definitely worth the price.There was something missing (an order of wings) and they delivered it to us! (Our order was already delivery)Definitely worth the price. 10/10I look forward to the leftovers. Definitely get the General Tso's chicken, any of their beef and/or their chicken wings w french fries.

I came in on a cold early morning in January afternoon. The menu had plenty of items to choose from. I selected the hibachi shrimp. After I placed my order, I patiently waited in the store's small waiting area. As the minutes passed, I became colder and colder. After ten minutes, I found myself pacing up and down the waiting area to stay warm. I soon when to the counter and asked the cashier how come there was no heat in the waiting area. The cashier said the plexiglass screen that was up to help protect from covid and robberies was blocking the heat from reaching the waiting area. Come on now! That makes no sense in the dead of winter.I suggest calling it in or dressing in layers. The food was good, but this cold take-out restaurant could have been a better experience.

Ordered from here on accident but wanted to give it a try. When I walked in it was a young kid at the front arguing with someone on the phone. I Had to wait for him to finish his argument before I could even pay for the food I ordered. After paying I notice multiple flies in their enclosed area. Based on the bad customer service and the flies in their register/food area I just asked for a refund. They tried to still get me to take the food since I had spent 60+ dollars there. But after they realized that I wasn't going to take the food they gave a receipt with my refund.

Shrimp Lo Mein and Cheesesteak eggrolls! they're always quick, foods always hot i go here alot and they're always respectful order here, they have a spot next door Asian taste but this one hits home everytime (only bad thing about them is they're closed on monday) that's how good the food is

If you want delicious fresh Asian cuisine, Asian Wok is the best place to go!! Best spot on belair road. They are very friendly fast and their food is amazing and fresh always hot! Order off their menu or customize your order you won’t be disappointed !! We order here a few times per week literally the best Asian cuisine around here!! And the portions are fantastic & huge!! Thank you so much Asian Wok!! (I ordered the shrimp with black bean sauce extra spicy and fried rice!! It’s sooo amazing! The place is clean and well kept and the staff is family run & friendly very nice people! You will love it!

Ordered 3 orders of chicken wings with fried rice and when I got home it fries instead, so I called them (thinking to get the rice and they can keep the fries, I didn't want them) and the lady Said I ordered French fries and I repeatedly told her I did not, and I asked could I just please exchange and she said no because I order French fries not fried rice. I just said ok. Rude customer service and obviously cannot hear correctly.

I had the regular chicken with broccoli ? and general t'os chicken but the chicken ? tasted rotten or it was over due ?? will not return here to that I had to dispose of that dinner and buy something elsewhere I usually leave a good five star ?⭐? but not today it was a really bad and expensive experience.

Quite literally the worst Chinese food that I have ever had. The "flank steak" is definitely NOT flank steak. Menu says it comes with mushrooms and onions, but it came with carrots and green beans. I called to make sure it wasn't just the wrong entrée, and it wasn't... Whatever the protein was, in reality, I wouldn't serve it to a dog. (Trivial given everything else that was wrong, but I also ordered it medium-spicy and there wasn't even a hint of spice.) The side of "broccoli with soy sauce and sesame seeds" came steamed, under-cooked, and 100% plain. The egg roll was gummy and had a weird flavor. Even the fortune cookies were stale. Every single item except half an egg roll and the white rice went straight into the trash, and even the white rice was so-so at best. DO NOT ORDER HERE. The delivery woman was quite nice, though.

?More like 1 1/2 stars and I don't like giving disappointing reviews..Asian Wok has went down I have to be honest Poor service cold food rude customer service on more toccasions and they will block your number when you have a complaint. Unacceptable & after years of supporting this business I REFUSE TO PAY FOR COLD FOOD RUDE SERVICE AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. This use to be my favorite place to order. The lady Manager who I believe is no longer there made certain our food was hot tasty and sent an additional meal as a Thank you. GOOD BYE ?
