Had the wonderful pleasure of stumbling upon this place while I was visiting from Texas. Came initially to the farmers market & this place caught my eye. I love corned beef and pastrami & I just knew I had to try this place out. Had Faith as my waiter/bartender. She was attentive & nice. I initially ordered potato salad and they gave me chips. They fixed the order with no up charge. Great environment. Great food. Definitely will come here again when I come back.

This is the real deal. Great sandwiches and corned beef to die for. The lines can be pretty long during the day but it goes really fast, they are really efficient and friendly. The belly lox was decent but didn’t taste freshly cut.

Update: 4/9/2024...And Still The Best!! Found out from the owner today, they have a new location at Harbor Point. I am definitely going to check it out. I had my favorite soup(chicken noodle) and sandwich(half cornbread on rye/swiss/russian dressing and onions) combo today.

Meant to post this the other day. I’ve been here a couple times. More than 5, less than 10 and every time i come here the food is good but the customer service is trash. The older boss guy, short cut salt-pepper hair is rude as hell. I get that it’s busy but the way he talks to customers and his staff is crazy. The staff don’t respect him…you can tell in their demeanor towards him. It’s already a cluster hell when busy for them and the patrons, no need to add in rude tones and passive aggressions over sandwiches. I wouldn’t even go any more if my grandmother didn’t love their sandwiches but i rather me go than her when she wants them. You spend a lot of money to be talked to crazy.
