Located within the medical complex, but worth finding if all you need is a "quick and dirty" breakfast.

Awful! Out of nearly everything. Wouldn’t toast an everything bagel because the “seeds burn in the bottom of the tray” (meaning they can’t bother to clean the toaster so they just won’t toast one of the most popular bagels). The fruit cup was so gross, we tossed nearly all of it.

I had some time before an appointment and felt confident Au Bon Pain would offer a decent cup of coffee and clean bathroom. At this location, there is also easy parking, and, when I visited, a nice community vibe. Great to be able to sit, sip, and relax before moving on to my appointment.

Customer Service is TERRIBLE! These employees do not want to work here at all. They operate out of annoyance as if it's not their job to make the orders. The light skin guy with glasses making the salads needs to just quit already.

Been wanting to try this for awhile went in at 332pm they had everything put away and said it's slow after 2 or 3 so they close stuff down an hour early how can employees be on the clock but refuse to make food if the door is open I should be served very Un professional

Capitalism doesn't seem to work here. The food runs out early, and they don't seem to care.

Cafe located inside the Maryland medical center. Mostly services the hospital staff & faculty & students of UMB campus. Coffee is dispensed, just ok

Worst customer service, the server had an intimidating face not letting me finish reading the menu. I asked her what was her hurry, I need to be sure about the food. Her answer was, I am finishing my shift and I want to go home. I was about 4:20 ist... I understand people get tired and her actitud makes me think that she is not happy with this job, but it is not our fault. We, as relatives of the patients who are in the hospital, have enough to deal with being at the hospital to also be mistreated by the people who serve within the hospital's adjacencies.Food is good but the personal is very rude.

Why is this place still open. They never have eggs, crossaints, sugar & cream, it's always an issue. Always closing for short hours. PLEASE replace the whole store nightshift needs to eat too. I hate it here.

Ridiculously high prices, $6.97 for a slice of lemon bread and cinnamon crescent. They don't have CREAMER!! They were out of skim milk and almond milk, we asked for some They said they were out. Bad management!

This location is just inside the main hospital entrance. It works out okay if you work on campus or near campus. I don't think that the quality of food is as good as other Au Bon Pain restaurants that I have visited, and the cost is much much higher. If you are going to eat here you might as well just eat in the hospital cafeteria. If you are just looking for somewhere to grab a quick coffee, this will probably work.

Used to be fine, but for the past 1.5ish weeks they haven't even had ice for iced coffees, they don't have any of the stuff to make basic coffee drinks which is ridiculous. Sadly there isn't anything else on the campus open after 3 so you have to walk multiple blocks just to get a basic iced coffee to avoid this place. If they actually have the stuff and CAN make a drink they are usually good although overpriced.

I got a coffee from here and they did not have any creamer, milk, or normal sugar. I asked them if they had any creamer or normal milk and they said all they had was warm skim milk and sweet & low. I looked for other food but no one is offering to take your order. I honestly thought they were closing until I asked about the creamer. I didn't want to be rude so I bought the $3 coffee and dumped it out in the bathroom.
