The pretzel are always fresh and the service is fast! I only come to the white marsh store, the whole team in general is amazing and has the best customer service I’ve experienced!! 10/10 highly recommended!!

This is one of the worst Auntie Anne’s locations. They don’t seem to have the pretzel that I want available every time I stop by to get one, and the staff doesn’t even offer to make one for you. The last failed attempt did it for me. I won’t be coming back.

Went to order today and the employee's didn't even bother to talk to me. Ordered via a tablet rather than having one of the six people behind the counter take my order. I am visually impaired so, of course, ended up making a mistake in the order. Would not have been a problem if the staff actually took my order. Tablet of course asked for a tip for almost non-existent customer service. Food is good, though.

Shae and her staff are excellent I love coming to this location and they are always on point.

Each of the 3 items i got were exceptionally fresh and delicious!! Like literally better than your usual auntie anne’s visit!! The staff working that day must’ve been taking their bake quality seriously! Because the pretzel bites, original pretzel, and pepperoni pretzel bites (despite having to wait 10 minutes for them) were all to die for!!

Get the cinnamon bites!

Check 2042. The girl walked away when she saw me coming up to the counter. The other lady had to go and get her. I asked about the AARP discount which I"ve gotten there multiple times in the past and she told me no AARP discount. I told her she should go and ask and she said no AARP discount. You need better employees.

I think this store needs to change its outlook.employees are the worst and have poor attitude.Nothing in this store is ever ready on time. Wait time is 20-30mins. Whoever store this is look for people who got a good business attitude. To make matters worse they over salt everything.

Shai the store manager at the white marsh location is excellent! She’s very friendly and a true people person. The pretzels are always fresh and I never have to wait long. A definite recommend
