Shai the store manager at the white marsh location is excellent! She’s very friendly and a true people person. The pretzels are always fresh and I never have to wait long. A definite recommend

I usually love coming here but this time was different.. the line was long and the employees were literally doing tiktok dances in the FRONT of the store right in front of all of us customers waiting to order. The second register worked fine but i guess nobody wanted to help out rather than doing tiktok dances. I almost debated walking away but stayed because i really wanted my pretzel. We finally get to check out and that was fine but looking at the food the pretzel nuggets were COATED in way too much salt like the girls didnt pay attention to what they were doing and the cinnamon pretzel nuggets had like absolutely no cinnamon. i wont be coming back here until staff is completely switched out including manager because she just watched them do all of these shenanigans. dont waste your time with this auntie annes

The customer service here is distasteful. I went to purchase an order for my family there were 4 or 5 young ladies in foh and neither one of them acknowledged myself or the lady in front of me. It took me to say "hello are you guys open" Then a young gentleman comes from the boh to assist lady in front of me. Then that's when a lady or girl or whatever she is standing right beside the register says "I'm not even on register duty". I mean who says that. They did not receive my business and never will just rude. Just wanted to specify I was here on Friday July 8,2022 around 7:15pm. Staff is just horrible.

Horrible service. Mobile ordered thirty minutes ahead, got there and they had not even checked mobile orders. Did not even had what I ordered so I asked if I could get something else and then they tried to charge me for the replacement even though it was cheaper than what I had ordered and I already paid. Workers just laughed. Not a good experience overall, but I never have a good experience at this location.

This location is closer to me but I’ll go to another location to get my pretzels. They have the worst attitude. I say if you don’t like your job find another. They act like people don’t deserve respect
