Came 15 mins near closing time. Ordered 2 pretzels for my young children. They said they didn’t have change for my bill. Was able to get change within 2 mins came back at 7:50 to the “Manager” saying they close at 7:55 . When closing manager had registered in hand clearly with enough change still wouldn’t. Very rude . When trying to talk the Manager was told to leave and she pulled gate down on me.
They super suck . Poor customer service had to listen to a 5/3yr old cry about a damn Pretzel.

I LOVE AUNTIE ANNES’S!!! My pretzels were hot, fresh and soft. The employees helped me navigate the app. I’m definitely coming back!!
Horrible wait time! Apparently they have a easy bake oven if it takes over 30 minutes for pretzel dogs
Worst service ever the young man was nasty and rude!!!All I wanted was a plan cinnamon pretzel and this is how I’m treated!!!Definitely will not be returning!!
I pay $7.50 for a hot dog and a drink. Very sad that the cashier can not print out my receipt for my order. I do not know why this kiosk charge this much. They told me is different prices everywhere. I will never come back to waste my money here.
