Jim was a rare gem & provided exceptional service the other day! I very much enjoyed meeting him.
The pizza was the best I’ve ever had. I will be back!

It was a very quiet Sunday night with not many people dining in. Unfortunately, they were out of several wine options, and there were bugs flying around , one even landed in my food. The food sat on the counter for a while before the waitress brought it over, so it was cold by the time we ate. Not sure if the staff just had a rough day, but overall, the experience didn’t meet expectations.

Food and drinks were wonderful but the service was horrible. 6pm reservation and didn't even have water on the table or server approach us until 6:20-6:25 (despite the hostess proactively telling him he had our table around 6:10). First (and only) drinks did not arrive until 6:40 and food at 6:45. Needless to say we had to inhale our food to leave by 7 for our show.
Good for casual TGIF. Unfortunately, out of several wines; house wines okay. Good wings and Bolognese. Okay Caesar salad and crab cakes. Sole waiter was diligent but harried. Good service by helpers.

The building is very beautiful but it needs some up keep and there was a leak in the ceiling and a crumbling wall on the way to the bathroom

Not sure where to begin, but let me say on a Saturday night at 7::00 they did not have any bottle or glass of Chardonnay available, nor did they have the beer my husband wanted. I work in F&B so perplexed at how this would happen at a busy and popular restaurant. The food was not bad, in fact quite good; however, in order to get anything during dinner (beer, additional dressing) required me getting up to find someone. I even had to track down our server for the check. She was very sweet when we did get to see her. My husband and I are willing to give it another try when we visit Baltimore again as again, the food was quite good.
I found the food to be really good, but the service was terrible. The bartender was rude and acted inconvenienced by every question we asked. At this price point, I will be supporting other local businesses that appreciate our patronage.

I feel like there are two kinds of hotel restaurants. The first is the kind that realize great food makes the whole stay great and a great way to get people to come back. The second is the kind that is so busy doing everything else in the hotel the food is forgotten about. This one is the latter.

Never again. Food was poor quality. Meat was overcooked and took a very long time to come out

Cozy intimate place in the hotel. Bar food but well done and a reasonable price. The folks working there were super attentive and friendly. I had the shrimp pizza.

It was our waiters second day and they had him by himself not shadowing, not a good idea. We ordered all of our food at the same time( appetizers, entrees and drinks), because we had a show to go to @7...our reservation was for 4:30. We placed orders @5 drinks came approximately 5:30 food approximately 5:40. The only thing that didn't come was my burger and beer I ordered. I asked the waiter 5 times about my food but nothing ever came. I asked to speak to manager and was told the waiter is new and apologies. My burger and beer didn't come until 6:20, it was comped but the excuse that the waiter is new was not an excuse. I've been a waitress before and you have to shadow someone for at least a week. This was no fault of the waiter but it was of management. We let the waiter know we understood and it wasn't his fault and gave him a $100 tip that he deserved for being put in that situation. Please do better. This was our second time patronizing the restaurant our first time was awesome that's why we came back
We had a nice experience although the restaurant was clearly understaffed. Our server had 8-10 tables and was basically serving the entire place. He managed however, to make our dining experience a good one. My clam chowder and crab cakes were both very good. My husband did not find much crab in the crab soup however and his short ribs and gnocchi was very salty. The wine list was also a bit lackluster.
Happy hour happens on Sunday 4-6 the wings are amazing so are the drinks. The bartender and servers are also really nice. I tend to go on Sundays because of the relaxed ambiance, though it is definitely busy during the week and on Saturdays. Burger was cool I ordered medium it was well but it still tasted good and the fries are really really good. Overall a cool vibe.

Brunch was awful. Food sub par. Servers either didn’t care or actively upset at working there. Overheard a conversation where he said he wasn’t doing anything extra to help people. Had to ask for butter and jelly three times. Both waiters said sure I’ll get that for you and then went back to whatever else they were doing. Couldn’t get their attention to bring a spoon for coffee so I used my fork. I really don’t like to hate on waitstaff as it’s a difficult job, but if you don’t want to wait on people then don’t take a waiters job. I will say the bartender at night is fantastic. Could be a fabulous restaurant but apparently management doesn’t care either.
