Nice background decorations.
The food was consistent with past visits.
I enjoyed the outdoor seating area, especially with the nice weather.
Worst food I have ever eaten.

Best route ever
The steak was too soft and the queso was too runny but the quesadillas were good

They can do better. Just not good. Baja fresh it is not. Very limited options and the meat is yuck.

Sitting here now eating a quesidilla...Terrible!! Food was cold! The young girl couldn't put her phone down long enough to wait on me!! She was so unfriendly, like I was bothering her...Never be back here!!
On January 10, 2024 I placed 1 $48 order and was charged three times ! The young guy at the counter slid my card twice telling me it was not going through! I then saw 2 transactions pending in my account. I paid out on another card thinking my first one wasn’t working! I got home and was charged a total of 3 times ! I have been calling the store 3 days in a row now and have received no answer ! You can also tell he did not want to be there !!

Staff is extremely rude and food is very over priced considering.
Well, it's in the hospital so of course don't expect gourmet meals, the hospital has other more important things to focus on. They were out of a few ingredients such as steak and guacamole. I ordered the chicken burrito and parts of the meat were cold. The person before me asked for medium spice and I asked for mild and noticed that the worker got the both of our spices from the same container. If I come back, I would probably recommend trying a different location.

Good food but not to be compared to chipoltle your experience may very don't be afraid to ask for what you want be it more toppings or sauce they will do it for free all around a good time
Vegetarian options: Most dishes have a meat option but in short no dish require it so its up to you
Kid-friendliness: They have smaller dish options like Taco's
Wheelchair accessibility: The location I went to was in a hospital so very accessible
Dietary restrictions: You pick what you want included any restrictions don't ask for it sounds good to me

Oh man, ok. Asked for a burrito. Dude started making a quesadilla. I was like, "No, no, a burrito." As he's stuffing cheese into a folded tortilla about to put it under a hot press, he's like "Yeah, this is a burrito." I went to Subway. Desperate times.
Agree with the review by Karen. The food quality is horrible. My wife and I bought Baja Chicken bowl and the meat is bland. No flavor and white in color. Menu says roasted vegetables, but it looks like boiled vegetables. We were charged $35 for this low quality food for 2 bowls. Baja need to be improve their flavor and be competitive with Chipolte, Moes, Kudoba etc.
