Great atmosphere for anyone, regardless of your sexual preference. Monthly events with different themes to include everyone. 2 rooms with different Dj’s playing to the rooms format and theme.

When I came with my friend tonight, I forgot my physical ID, I showed a picture but it wasn’t accepted, and then I was asked to STAND OUT in the rain by the white male bouncer at the door. I told him I had come 20 plus minutes from a different part of the city via Uber to get there, and Instead of letting me figure out how to get home, he forced us to go outside the door into the rain. There was an entry hallway and stairs we could have waited in until our it Uber came . I can’t believe the way my friend and I were treated, and I Would NEVER return.

This is the worst leather bar I have ever been, awful music, terrible service from the security guy to the ticket guy to the bartender that ignored me for a while even though that was prob 10 people at the club , his priority was to chat with his friends, I was there for not more than 10min and just wanted to run out of there. Nothing like The Eagle in NYC or anywhere really , def not coming back here. It was a waste of time and money.

I still believe this is the best gay bar in Baltimore but the simple fact that this page remains "unclaimed" shows how much the owners care about their patrons' opinion . Here are the pros and cons: PROS: - Beautiful, trendy, spacious facility. This is not just a bar, it's a club with an large outdoor patio and several rooms with different atmospheres - Has a darkroom where a lot of action happens. However the bar restricted its opening to 12am (midnight) which is a bad idea. They will lose even more customers. CONS - Located in a HIGH CRIME area of the city with drug addicts hanging out just outside the bar. On 06/17/23, someone got shot 5 times less than 30ft away from the bar entrance!!! - Business is slow. On some nights you wonder if there's another place everybody flocked to. - Food is trash. This is fast food quality food with added salt and seasoning to hide its poor quality. It's really bad. I visited this bar over 20 times and security doesn't even ask for my ID anymore. That being said, attendance has really dropped and they often close sections (top floor) because it's empty. The restrictions on the darkroom are pissing customers off. I haven't been there in weeks and not sure if I'll return.

The Baltimore Eagle has become a staple within the LGBTQQ2AAI+ community; however, for many different reasons and all of them not good. The food is simplistic and effective and representative of bar food. The service is good; however, not great. The simple food allows for easier delivery of food, though there are drink concerns with employees instructing bar tenders not to throw away drinks that both the bartender and the customer has taken their eyes off of. The atmosphere is more directed towards the LGBTQQ2AAI+ community, especially the decorations of the first floor, the second floor has better shows, and the third floor is sexual. Drag shows are decent here and with the current concern seen against gender expression in some states within the United States don’t miss your opportunity to see an art form that has survived countless battles.Vegetarian options: Fries and mozzarella sticks, that I remember.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly; however, arguably kid safe.Parking: Parking is available in the area though there are not a lot of competing businesses in the area.Wheelchair accessibility: For the first floor absolutely, now depending on whose working there you may even be able to be lifted to the second floor.Dietary restrictions: Vegetarian and carnivore options available, again simplistic and representative of bar food.

Isn't it about time that they switch from calling it a leather bar to, maybe, a costume bar?Upon entering the Code bar section I was accosted for wearing a black t-shirt when the guy ahead of me breezed through in a dress. I can appreciate that all people need to be supported in our community. What bothers me is that that Baltimore isn't able to have a leather anything anymore and they pretend that they are. Putting a sign up that says "leather bar" is like a kid's Halloween costume that has "batman" written on it because you might not know from looking at it.
