I see why they call it Baltimore Best?

I order sweet Thai chili and that sauce wasn’t it , but it wasn’t bad ! Just not what I ordered!.. kool aid saved em 🙏🏽

I’ve never felt so cheated in my life. I ordered a chicken cheese steak, with fried onions and extra mayo. however, The sub was so dry and it had no onions at all. It was bailey any mayo at all. It was very little chicken which didn’t look like real chicken. And than when I called to inform them of their mistake the lady stated I did put onions on the sub, and hung up in my ear. I called back and there wasn’t an answer. That’s not good business at all. I will not be supporting this location again. It’s not ok and food is to expensive and times are to hard to be spending your hard earned money on bull crap. They don’t even deserve one star.

The wings are the best thing here IMO. I had the fried wings and the honey lemon pepper wings. They were good! I didn’t like that they only had fries as a side. I didn’t like the cheesesteak sub at all, that needs improvement. The half and half was too sweet for MY taste.

The food was soggy NASTY & slimy i called to let them know how my food was no answer and when i got off work i went back to take my food back to see if it could be remade or refund she told me I didn’t call and that i could not get my food remade nor a refund bad business! UNPROFESSIONAL!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME SPENDING MONEY HERE!

The food is fine but the service that myself and other customers received here is HORRIBLE! Today was my first time visit this establishment. I walked in and there was only one other person in the store. I stood behind that person and waited patiently to order. As I stepped forward and said hello, the lady behind the counter greeted me with, “what do you want”. No lie, I was shocked at her rude response, so I simply repeated my greeting again, hello, how are you. Without making eye contact, she shook her head and said something in a language that I didn’t not understand. I asked her if she was alright because at this point she was visibly agitated by me and I had no clue why. Even with this behavior I proceeded to place an order for honey old bay wings and fries which is a combo. She proceeded to tell me the price but before paying I asked what kind of drink did the combo come with. Again, I was met with hostility and blatant disrespect as she said, you don’t see it?! while pointing to the ice tea. Clearly confused by her attitude and clear disdain for me, I asked her if everything was ok and if I did something wrong. She repeatedly said something to me in another language and told me to pay and move to the side. SIDE NOTE: I would have cancelled my order and walked out but I had promised my son that I would have lunch with him and this was the closest place to his school and it was almost time for his lunch period, so I just sucked it up and tried my best to use kindness instead with this lady.

Another customer walked in and she greeted me and I greeted her. She said that this was her first time eating here and if there was anything I could recommend. I stated that it was my first time too and I told her what I chose on the menu. I sat back and observed the way the lady interacted with the new customer to compare her mood. The customer began to ask her questions about the menu items and what came with them, sure enough, the lady began to get aggravated and began calling the customer names in another language. I then stepped in and told the customer about my experience with the owner. I stated to the customer that I didn’t understand the hostility and maybe the owner was just having a bad day. The owner then got upset with me and told me to move away from the counter and step aside for other customers, but the store was completely empty other than myself and the customer I was speaking with. At that time, my food had come from the kitchen and the owner gave me my food. To be honest I was even hesitant give it to my son because I was afraid she may have went to the back and did something to it. She was really hostile and although I couldn’t understand what she was calling me, I know it wasn’t something nice or respectful. I pray that others do not have the same experience I’ve had with this establishment. Sad to say, this is another place I will never visit again.

The food is always on point cheaper than competition and the lady at the counter is always friendly. Idk where all these bad reviews come from ..some people just wish they were paid critics.??‍♂️

Food always fresh, wings always crispy and saucy and the half and half not too sweet and not too watery. They close at 9 and don't do over the phone after 8
