I've visited this establishment several times but this time was the worst. The young man was not at the register and his co workers had to find him locked in the bathroom. He apologized and stated that he was fixing the toilet. I didn't believe him because they should've looked for you if you are fixing a toilet. While he was taking my order I asked him if he washed his hands since he stated that he was fixing a toilet. His response was don't you think I know that. I replied to him I need for you to listen to understand not listen to reply. He then rinsed off his hands. I'm going to be very honest that's unsanitary and just plain nasty. Please address this with him. I was there 9/7 @ 1:15 pm

I had a really bad experience at Bambao recently. Ordered a taro boba, but when I took a sip, I found a staple in my mouth from the drink! It was shocking and gross. I went back to the restaurant and told the staff about it, hoping they would at least apologize and make me a new one. Instead, they were totally unhelpful and didn’t offer any kind of resolution or even a replacement drink. This was a very disappointing experience. Finding a staple in my drink is completely unacceptable and a serious health hazard.

I don’t complaint about the bubble tea they are serving, when the right person it’s making them is ok, but the careless about this guy “working there” Is awful, insulting in Greek, suffering by doing his job, not asking for details, preferences or how “ we the customers would like the things to be done”, …. He needs to be at home sitting on his couch instead of been taking calls or attending customer service!

Main complaint is the bulgogi beef bowl. It was a ton of white rice, with a pile of plain lettuce and pickles. The beef was the worst part - it was sour with vinegar and all I could taste was CHINESE FIVE SPICE. Why??? I couldn’t taste ginger, garlic, sesame or any other flavor that is supposed to be in bulgogi. Gross.

I was craving Szechuan chicken and walked in. I noticed Szechuan green beans but no chicken. I asked the gentleman if they can make Szechuan chicken. Despite not being offered on the menu, he said he would ask the chef to make it. I brought it to my room and OMG it was sooooo good!I also tried the Mongolian beef which was really good too.Thanks Qinqin!

I ordered a boba and a beef bowl. Without letting me know, they substituted my boba with a water. Even more, they wrote “take water” on a piece of tissue?don’t assume I want anything else besides what I have ordered. Plus I have to contact the food app to get refunded.AT LEAST CALL OR MESSAGE BEFOREHAND.
