It was beautiful inside the shop. The boba options were so intricate and they had all kinds of things to choose from. They even have mochi and ube waffles! This is a really great spot to stop by if you're walking around the inner harbor and need a sweet but not too indulgent treat. I highly recommend checking it out.
Also, we utilized the store for baggage storage (we were exploring around during a layover) through the Bounce App. It was our first time doing something like that and it was so convenient. We accidentally left an item behind. They found it and stored it away safely for us. When I called to confirm they had it, the gentleman, Jack, was kind enough to ship it back to us.
Come check this place out. The food is amazing, the drinks are incredible and the people are even better. 👌🏽

I hosted a small private event of 12 people here (dessert and sweet drinks, plus board games!) one evening this week and it was perfect! The food was great, the staff were kind and efficient, and the environment was friendly and fun! I would recommend this place to anyone!

Don’t let the name fool you, we were bamboozled into thinking this place had good authentic Boba tea only to be disappointed with a half made Boba with the plastic that caved in along with a shotty representation of what the mango Donna was. Balls ironically, it sucked because there were none to be found. And the description was nonexistent leading us to have to take back two different orders for a poor Lee named drink. Unfortunately, we cannot rate it any lower and we would not recommend this or be back anytime soon unless of course, we had a free Boba and they paid us five dollars on top of it to drink it. Unfortunately, disappointed do better be better.
Waited 25 minutes, only to be asked what I ordered after all that time. We ordered 5 drinks — they handed them to me one by one with no bag, no tray, no straws. I had to ask for each of those things individually. The drinks were sticky, had to wipe them down ourselves. Staff looked unhappy and disengaged. Overall, the experience felt careless and unprofessional. Definitely not coming back.

Bamboo Dessert & Drinks in Baltimore is a hidden gem for anyone with a sweet tooth or love for unique drinks! Although we didn’t try the food since we had already eaten, we stopped in for dessert and drinks — and we’re so glad we did. They have a great variety to choose from, including traditional Asian desserts and specialty drinks.
I ordered the Vietnamese coffee, and it was excellent — bold, rich, and full of strong, authentic flavor. We also tried the green pandan waffle, which was soft, slightly chewy, and delicious. Everything we had was fresh and flavorful.
The shop is located a bit off the main path if you’re walking from the pier — it’s on the other side of the building, so it may take a minute to find, but it’s absolutely worth it. Once you’re inside, the vibe is cozy and inviting, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
This spot is perfect whether you're looking for something refreshing, comforting, or just a place to relax for a bit. We really enjoyed our visit and will definitely be back to try more from the menu next time. Highly recommend checking it out!

I brought my family of six as we were really excited to have halo halo again after having it for the first time on the West Coast. I expressed this to a very cold front end staff member taking orders. Of course with six people comes a lot of questions when trying to order new foods. Sadly, those questions could not be answered by the lady working at the front. She had not tried 99% of the menu and could not give any recommendations. The person that came from the back was even more cold. We should have said thanks, but no thanks at that time. Out of 5 orders (due to lack of product knowledge, my son opted to pass, smart) we threw away the halo halo, Bambu surprise and the Taro lover. The Taro smoothie was okay, but was not finished. The Lychee smoothie was delicious. They use coconut milk. Not sweetened condensed coconut milk. So the flavors were very bland. The taro was so thick and wouldn’t mix in that it just clogged up the straw. It was not sweet at all. We expected to get a sweet, dessert like drink considering that the bulk of us ordered from the dessert menu. The only thing that was sweet was the Premium Lychee Smoothie. After spending $40, having 3 full drinks in the trash… I was very disheartened by lack of flavor/sweetness for an dessert and customer service. Definitely wishing I could get my money back.

Just pulled up, beautiful establishment, delicious delectable delights they even had a horse there. I went there with my little friend with glasses she enjoyed the food and we 1v1d in 4 in a row and I won.
