Bar Louie - The Avenue at White Marsh

Entered around 1:45 and no one was at the front to greet us. We then decided to sit at the bar . IT took 10 mins before someone acknowledge us. Finally, we get a menu and we sat there for 20 minutes. The waitress didn't offer us anything to drink or even attempted to take our order. Worst service in history.

My wife and I came here for dinner and the food was simply delicious, just mouth watering! Our waitresses name was Kira and she was simply amazing. Her customer service was impeccable! I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for good, quality food.

This place is better than ever I enjoyed my visit.

First time I went there, my server Brie was attentive, friendly and professional so that's why I came back for a 2nd time. Sadly, Brie was already gone, so my friend and i decided to still grab bite while enjoying the live band performance at the Avenue. And this time, Lexi, our server made the experience AWEFUL. She came to the table with a stinky attitude, we ordered an apple juice for my nephew , she automatically assumed that he would liked the lemonade instead because they were out of apple juice... WHAT IF HE WAS ALLERGIC TO LEMONADE MA'AM. That's not all, it was a table for 3. She brought my food and the baby together and took another 5 mns to bring the 3rd dish out (the shrimp ceasar salad). The only thing that was good from that salad was the shrimp. The salad was dry and Lexi NEVER came back to the table to check up on us to make sure if everything was alright. At that point, we had no choice But to request to see the manager.
Derreck the manager on duty came and he finished taking care of us. Lexi doesn't deserve to be in the food industry with this stinky attitude.

We read reviews, and we're thinking about eating, but we only had drinks. The staff was great, and the drinks were great. So next time we will try the food. It's very dark in this bar. Furniture was nice but the lighting doesn't bring the place out as much. Just a thought.

The calamari and the fried pickles were freaking amazing. We also had the berivian pretzels i preferred the mustard to the cheese. My friend had an old fashioned, and I had the purple raine

Service was slow but it wasn't busy bar tender seemed overwhelmed and took to long with our orders. Maybe it was an off day

Can’t rate the food or drinks cause we were seated. Waited almost 30 min and no one came to our table. Even after hostess if we were being helped.

First time at Bar Louie. We ate dinner on a Monday night. They were out of chicken and shrimp, so menu was limited. Salmon sliders and fried pickles were really good. Bartenders weren't around much, had empty drinks.

I don’t write reviews often, but when I do it’s either for excellent service or horrible service, this is the latter. Waited 40 mins at the bar for food with an empty drink. 12 people total at the bar. Bartender only cheeked on her people.
Do not recommend unless you fit in with their preferred clientele. Apparently I did not. Plenty of other restaurants in the area. Avoid this one

I came here last Sunday November 10th for the first time and ordered the parmesan crusted chicken. My friend ordered the honey hot chicken. It was great which is why we came back this Sunday November 17th. If you look at the second picture that is literally what was served to me and 4 of my friends this Sunday.😡 There is nothing that says parmesan crusted chicken. The first picture is what was given when the food was sent back. If you look at the description on the menu of how it is suppose to be made, it definitely was not made correctly. The bread to the sandwiches that were ordered were also very stale! 😝I recommended this place to 4 of my friends and family. What a disappointment. 😒The drinks are ok but not worth going back for. After what they had the audacity to serve to us, I encourage others to go at your own risk!!! 😬
