My service on 7/23/21 was unbearable horrible. In the 2.5hrs we were there, we saw our waiter a total of 5 minutes. This is not without trying to get his attention as well might I add. We never received a refill on our drinks. My mash potatoes came out extremely cold. We had to ask the hostess for the check after trying to get the waiters attention for over 15 minutes. When the waiter finally did bring the check, he placed on the table and said "here". Not a single word about how was your dinner or thank you for coming. At first we thought he may have been just busy but we quickly noticed how he spent the majority of his time going over to speak to 1 table. We felt completely ignored. Not once were we asked how everything was going.Prior to posting this review I did try to reach out to Tony foreman as well as Ingrid who are supposedly the owner and manager at large with no response. They completely ruined our family's celebration for my Dad's birthday with no care in the world. I have since found out they were closing for good that weekend. So I supposed that's why not.

I went there tonight with a special person and we had a wonderful meal. Could not have been a better experience. Our server was very polite and knowledgeable. Ingrid, the "Everything at Large" person, was excellent and made the evening even more pleasurable. We didn't hesitate to ask her for her advice about the menu and she was spot on. I did not know the Argentinean wines, but our sever was able to help us out and we had a lovely bottle of chardonnay. Everyone in the restaurant seemed to be having a good time. Great ambiance. A dinner that was a good experience.

Bar Vasquez is a beautiful restaurant with great ambiance and excellent service. I only gave them three stars though because all of our entrees were under seasoned and kind of bland. While the steak, salmon, and duck that we ordered were cooked well again each dish lack flavor.

First off let me say, the place is beautifully furnished and designed. It combines exposed wood beams and rustic touches with refined and intentional blown glass lighting, wood tables, some mid-century modern style velvet couches and chairs, greenery, string lights. It’s a very in-vogue style and it works well for this upscale place. Service was also very courteous and professional.The food is fairly classic Argentine steakhouse fare, with the beef primarily sourced from Kansas. Personally, I found it to be solid, with minor quibbles. My steak was a bit heavy on the butter, which felt heavy along with the cream on top of an olive tapenade on the potatoes. That’s a very heavy meal with not enough counterpoints. The empanadas were similarly flavorful and authentic to Argentinian style (corn and spinach queso or bife) but again, I found it to be a bit greasy compared to other Argentinian places I’ve been to. I’m being a little nit picky but when plates range from 45-70, I feel it’s warranted to offer positive critique. The steaks themselves were well prepared, with perfect sear and that is no small feat. I would absolutely come here again with someone who is a meat eater but it is not very vegetarian-friendly. Overall, the decor and service and atmosphere plus solid food overcomes the high price point.

No reservations so we sat at the bar with full menu available to us. Bartender was great with answering questions and allowing a taste test of a certain white wine he thought would fit our description of what we like before we ordered it. It was delicious, and that is what we ordered. With his input, we also ordered a variety of tapas dishes and enjoyed them all! Would highly recommend for a fun atmosphere with good food. Great decor!
Definitely one of the top restaurants I've been to. From service to dessert everything was spot on! Steak was cooked perfectly and literally melts in your mouth

On the whole I can say it was exquisite. Incredible food, great atmosphere, creative cocktails, it has it all. The only negative I can say is that one of the hostesses came across somewhat pretentious to me and my wife but after that ~1 min interaction the rest of the staff and the food more than made up for it.
