Went for lunch in off season (November). Pretty quiet around these parts. Waitress was stellar. Chips and queso really good!

The food was incredible! We tried the rockfish and steak tacos, the empanadas, the jalapeno cornbread, and the chips and cheese(the best chips ever!)

Tex-Mex with a Baltimore twist. Great dinner and drink menu with scenic views of the inner harbor in Fells point.

Barcocina was the perfect choice for our son Robert and his fiance Sarah's welcome dinner and drinks event, with a total of 70 some guests. Jackie and her team were outstanding to work with from the planning of the menu, to the set up on the day of the event. It was a beautiful evening from start to finish. The private patio room has a view of the water with generous space which allowed our family and friends plenty of room to mingle before the dinner. Jackie assisted in choosing a menu that accommodated all our guests dietary needs, and it was all delicious (our guests are still raving about the Bang Bang Cauliflower tacos, Big Hit!). A particular shout out to Justin and Stokes who kept the food stations fresh and well paced, and our bartenders Vinny and Sakura, who did a wonderful job of keeping up with the flow of the party. Our experience at Barcocina set the tone, and was a wonderful way to kick off the wedding weekend. A 5 star experience all around. Thank you all!

We came here to get some apps but they only offer a brunch menu until 3pm!!???
How about a lunch menu. Who eats brunch until 3pm?
Also, they served a guacamole that looks like a paste of green goo that has to have come out of a bag, definitely not fresh for such a great view you should offer better food.
The chips were also burnt to a crisp….
I canceled my order and left.
One thing is that the service wasn’t bad, my server was nice and helpful. She was awesome, but the food sucked.
I paid $30 for two margaritas that didn’t come with salt on the rim. The bartender needs some help making drinks.

Barcocina - Baltimore was an extreme disappointment. We went for brunch and the food was awful. They clearly don't make the guacamole fresh and over sauced the pulled pork to try to hide that it was flavorless. Will not be going back.
We stopped at Barcocina for bottomless mimosas, and it was the best decision ever! 🥂 The drinks were amazing, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect for a weekend brunch.
Our bartender was so friendly and gave us great tips on where to explore next — you can tell they really know and love the area. Such a fun, welcoming spot — and if we are ever in the area, we’ll definitely be back!

The ambiance and location are really nice. Most of the tacos are pretty average, but the duck birria (available only on the dinner menu) is outstanding.

We ate on the terrace outside and had a great meal while watching the waters of the harbor has the sunset. The food was excellent, with good recommendations from our server, who was friendly and professional. The only unpleasant part of the evening were the diners a couple tables over who had a very aggressive dog that barked and growled at every passing dog, of which there were many, and at one point created quite a commotion by knocking a metal chair over. I prefer a calmer environment for dining , and this dog became a running joke as we saw other dogs come around the corner and we speculated on how much of an upset would occur. but this is a great restaurant, which I've already recommended to several friends who might expect to be passing through the Baltimore area.
