Go somewhere else! I’ve been to this Baskin Robbins twice, and both times I received very small scoops. It’s disappointing, especially when I’m paying full price. I’ll be visiting a different location next time.

Place is a rip off. Didn’t put any ice cream down in the cone. Cake cone was stale as heck. For $6 this place is an absolute rip off. Will never go in there again.

I’ve never met such a rude BR employee. Or was he the owner? He clearly didn’t want to work on a Sunday, bless his heart. I walked out without buying anything, and went to the happy BR on Joppa Rd.

Ordered a cake and had an unexpected change of plans. They went above and beyond to get it done. Thank you so much!

There is no such thing as a perfect business and in most cases they are allowed to have an off day but how those off days are handled determines the quality and integrity of an establishment. Baskin disappointed me today and I have lost trust in this location.
I have been a patron for years with no problems until this evening. I purchased premade ice cream…or what I thought was ice cream and it was over churned. It was almost the consistency of whipped butter. I returned it to the store and the manager/supervisor informed me that I would have to wait until it melted?!?! So then I guess I would have melted whipped butter. She also told me they don’t make the premade containers in the store and that I could not exchange it for the fresh hand packed containers. Apparently the premade quarts are made by the corporate office. As a customer what does that have to do with me? They sold it to me so they should be responsible for the product.
I typed all this out to warn those who purchase from this location. Nine times out of ten the ice cream will be great…just don’t end up being that one with terrible ice cream because you will be out of luck. For me it’s the principle not the $7.99 quart of ice cream. I will not patronize businesses that don’t stand by their products. I gave them 2 stars because they did allow me to get another prepackaged quart of ice cream. It was much better but still over churned.

Chocolate cheesecake ice cream was fabulous.
Portions were small for the price.

Visited on 3/1. Had THE BEST customer service from Quiniesha and Tiffany.

Baskin-Robbins is a solid choice for ice cream! I usually get the cookies and cream in a cup, cone, or waffle bowl, and it’s always tasty. The ice cream is super creamy and packed with flavor. I’d prefer if they had a drive-thru, but that’s just me being lazy. This location is closest to my house, but if I’m feeling lazy, I’ll drive down the road to their drive-thru location. I do think the prices are a bit high, but I get it—quality ice cream isn’t cheap! Overall, Baskin-Robbins never disappoints!

Horrible location . I went into this location and I’ve been a few times. Today in particular, I asked the owner if he had another scooper for the ice cream. As a gentleman before me order rocky road ( had almonds in it ) and I have a peanut allergy. He responded he didn’t have any other scoopers but he could wash it off . I agreed. Upon further action , he proceeded to wash the spoon under the water with his bare hands, dip it into the left side of the sink that was filled with soap water, and rinsed it back off . I wasn’t going to say anything but I couldn’t help but to feel it was highly unsanitary. I proceeded asking very politely and respectfully “hey buddy do you have a rag” . His response was “ you asked me to wash it , I washed it” then proceeded to say “don’t make a problem where it’s not a problem” , “ you think rag is cleaner than my hands” . I was in utter disbelief and shock, considering me and the man seemed to have a great rapport from prior encounters . I responded “woah , I asked you to wash it off didn’t expect with your hands” . He then states that “I work around food all day , don’t tell me how to run my business” . By this point in time I’m upset , then woman came over to calm him down and he stated for me “ to not tell me how to run my business” . At this point I’m over it and start responding in a very enraged manner . As anyone would is such a situation. All to be told that , “that’s all you know”. I am a lesbian African American young woman , who faces adversity head on everyday but to be told “that’s all you know” as a response from my response that was initially triggered from the blatant disrespect prior to , revealed this man and this location true mentality. I have an entire video and will be reporting it. I’m more than my outter appearance. It was never “all I know”. Stay Blessed.

This is my worst location. Ordered a large cup and got really tiny scoops. Cold stone is far better

I had a disappointing experience. The staff were rude and unhelpful, which really ruined the visit. The ice cream might be good, but it's hard to enjoy it when the people serving it are not nice. I won't be coming back.
