Horrible location . I went into this location and I’ve been a few times. Today in particular, I asked the owner if he had another scooper for the ice cream. As a gentleman before me order rocky road ( had almonds in it ) and I have a peanut allergy. He responded he didn’t have any other scoopers but he could wash it off . I agreed. Upon further action , he proceeded to wash the spoon under the water with his bare hands, dip it into the left side of the sink that was filled with soap water, and rinsed it back off . I wasn’t going to say anything but I couldn’t help but to feel it was highly unsanitary. I proceeded asking very politely and respectfully “hey buddy do you have a rag” . His response was “ you asked me to wash it , I washed it” then proceeded to say “don’t make a problem where it’s not a problem” , “ you think rag is cleaner than my hands” . I was in utter disbelief and shock, considering me and the man seemed to have a great rapport from prior encounters . I responded “woah , I asked you to wash it off didn’t expect with your hands” . He then states that “I work around food all day , don’t tell me how to run my business” . By this point in time I’m upset , then woman came over to calm him down and he stated for me “ to not tell me how to run my business” . At this point I’m over it and start responding in a very enraged manner . As anyone would is such a situation. All to be told that , “that’s all you know”. I am a lesbian African American young woman , who faces adversity head on everyday but to be told “that’s all you know” as a response from my response that was initially triggered from the blatant disrespect prior to , revealed this man and this location true mentality. I have an entire video and will be reporting it. I’m more than my outter appearance. It was never “all I know”. Stay Blessed.

I had a disappointing experience. The staff were rude and unhelpful, which really ruined the visit. The ice cream might be good, but it's hard to enjoy it when the people serving it are not nice. I won't be coming back.

I normally would not even bother but this older lady that you would think should know how to be honest just overcharged me. I remember her saying $2.97 for just one scup of ice-cream for my daughter and asked if I wanted my receipt. I said no, I was in a hurry. Why am I seeing this as a $4.97 charge on my credit card? That’s so ridiculous. How can elderly people who would judge automatically if a younger person did this actually do shameless things like this? I am so disappointed really. SMH ????

I ordered a cap. blast and before i could tell the guy how i wanted it he was already making it. i told him that i didnt want much ice and he shrugged and said well this is how im supposed to make it and refusded to listen to me. when i told him i wanted a new one since there was to much ice and tasted watered down he told me that i could pay for another one but he will make it how hes supposed to. i did finally get a remake after alot of back and forth. the remake was horrible. i will never come back here since kids are running the place and are rude and disrespectful

Customer service is a hit or miss at this location. My kids each paid over $8 for a drink and it's not even full to the top. Ice cream scoops decrease every time.

Called to enquire about a job on Friday, May 5th. (2023) The lady who answered the phone was really rude. She hung up on me before I could ask her the name of the supervisor. I called back and she stated she had a lot of customers and couldn't talk to me right now. With all that said, she could have given me the name of the supervisor.
