I normally would not even bother but this older lady that you would think should know how to be honest just overcharged me. I remember her saying $2.97 for just one scup of ice-cream for my daughter and asked if I wanted my receipt. I said no, I was in a hurry. Why am I seeing this as a $4.97 charge on my credit card? That’s so ridiculous. How can elderly people who would judge automatically if a younger person did this actually do shameless things like this? I am so disappointed really. SMH ????

I was so excited to be close to a baskin robbins, but this one will never see my business again! They like to "hire" young kids use them for 6 hours for "training" then let them go, oh and not pay them for training! (pretty sure that's illegal) oh and insider secret, they like wash and reuse those pretty little plastic pink spoons! Oh and they just love to taste the toppings off the utensils before before putting them back in their product! Like I said they'll never see my or families money again! They should be ashamed of ruining a teens first time getting a job experience! If they keep this up that franchise won't last for too much longer! I hope you have the day you deserve!

I ordered a cap. blast and before i could tell the guy how i wanted it he was already making it. i told him that i didnt want much ice and he shrugged and said well this is how im supposed to make it and refusded to listen to me. when i told him i wanted a new one since there was to much ice and tasted watered down he told me that i could pay for another one but he will make it how hes supposed to. i did finally get a remake after alot of back and forth. the remake was horrible. i will never come back here since kids are running the place and are rude and disrespectful

Called to enquire about a job on Friday, May 5th. (2023) The lady who answered the phone was really rude. She hung up on me before I could ask her the name of the supervisor. I called back and she stated she had a lot of customers and couldn't talk to me right now. With all that said, she could have given me the name of the supervisor.

Horrible service. Line is forming...three employees talking with each other looking very uninterested in the customers. Counter is a mess. They only have three flavors to choose from and all of them are "exotic" and look like no one knows how to clean the scoop between flavors...
