It wasn't until I was on the road and tried the Cappuccino Blast I had ordered, that I realized something was wrong. It tasted like a very bad milkshake. I imagine they didnt have the correct mix, so they just blended Jamoca ice cream and milk.
I didnt pay for a milkshake.

I visited Baskin Robbins today with the simple intention of enjoying some ice cream, but unfortunately, my experience fell short due to poor customer service. When I inquired about getting my ice cream in a cup, the employee’s response lacked friendliness and professionalism. Her tone and demeanor made me feel as though my request was inconvenient, and the interaction was anything but welcoming.
Additionally, I ordered one scoop with toppings, but it was served in an extremely small cup. In my opinion, the cup provided was inadequate for comfortably holding both the ice cream and the toppings—especially if a customer wanted to add extra toppings. I also requested a cone on top, which was accommodated, but again, the overall experience felt rushed and impersonal.
When it came time to pay, I accidentally overpaid while looking for change. Instead of kindly pointing this out, the employee’s tone was once again curt and uninviting.
As a manager myself, I place a high value on delivering excellent customer service. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, this visit left a negative one. Because of this experience, I do not plan to return to this location. Quality customer service should always accompany a good product, and that standard was simply not met during my visit.

What a shame service, my wife with my disability daughter was waiting for long time for service and nobady take care them, so upsate so service because they dont even ask "how me i help you". ?????Bad service they need more tryning.. my wife has to left because nobady take her order. Never come back again???????????

This specific locations has a bad service. No good flavors. The lady working there rushing me like if she was about to close at 8pm. She gave me forks because they had NO spoons at all.

Ordered on Uber Eats. They were outta the flavors I ordered and both the lovely young lady from the store and the Uber Eats driver called me to confirm any changes. She was an angel on the phone and I was like giiirl, I like chocolate and caramel; make me something. And she did. And now I love her. And I appreciate her and all of you. Xo
