This was the worst experience that I have ever had at a Baskin Robbins. The person that waited on me was very impersonal. Very short in speaking to me and down right rude !!!

They really tried to cheat me out of 2 pennies???? When confronted, the lady replied, "I don't have two pennies in the store." She then proceeded to another register and gave me two pennies. Cheated me and lied. Truly Sad smh

I feel that if you don’t have a flavor available you should contact the customer and not just give them something with peanuts in it ( there a reason they didn’t order peanuts) just very irresponsible

went here with my bf and was contemplating if i wanted a breakfast sandwich. there was no one in line when i arrived. and took maybe 2 minutes at most at the drive through screen before the lady on the headset started screaming at us to come to the window when i wasn’t done ordering. when i said i wasn’t finished ordering she said “there’s another car behind you hurry up” in a much more rude manner. my drink was made wrong and there was ONE piece of bacon on my bacon egg and cheese. I wouldn’t recommend this location.
