New owner. Not going back. Went in today and the young lady was very courteous in the sky blue shirt. She was rudely over ruled by the brown chicken with the dark framed glasses. It was very off putting and an abuse of authority. She wanted everyone to know the girl was in training. The brown chicken was not friendly at all. She had a very cold demeanor. Yes, you in the chocolate brown sweatshirt. The Ice cream is always so soft and now taste like the reject ice cream. The owner Alex came in which was very refreshing. The chicken in the brown shirt must be a friend, girlfriend, wife, or relative. This is no way to treat your customers girl. Baskin Robbins was here before you came along. I will be visiting the Belair rd. Store from now on. No one wears hair nets and hair dangling in the freezer. Prices too high, ice cream soft. Too much air in the handpacked. YOU HAVE TAKEN THE FUN OUT OF EATING ICECREAM. Bring back more Friendly's.
I’ve ordered from this location several times and usually had a decent experience, but today’s order was deeply disappointing. I requested two specific flavors of ice cream and instead received three entirely different ones, none of which matched what I selected. Out of the three, only one was doable, while the other two were not only unappealing but also unsafe for me due to allergies.
Mistakes happen, but this wasn’t a small mix-up; it was a complete disregard for the order placed and it risks customer safety. At the very least, the receipt should clearly list the customer’s first name or full initials, and add verfiy pick up and delivery order details to the protocol to prevent errors of this scale.
It’s worth noting that timing seems to affect the experience here. Late afternoon orders, especially after 6 p.m., have tended to be more accurate, while earlier orders often fall short, sometimes with portioning, and in this case, with accuracy altogether.
An establishment that handles food, especially items people consume directly without preparation, must uphold a higher standard of care.
Today’s experience did not meet that bar.
Double scoop of chocolate chip please!!! Always some nice young people in there!
My mom took me here when I was 8 or 9 it was a delight. I take my daughter here and it's a whole new type of delight. It's my delight seeing the delight on her face as she enjoys her current pick on a waffle cones.
Thanks for being there throughout our entire lives.
I was charged $1.25 for a scant tablespoon of sauce. That’s ridiculous. Also the scoops are smaller every time I get ice cream
The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. I loved the daily specials and the fact that they let you have samples to try something new.
2 PEOPLE WORKING 4 CUSTOMERS INSIDE THE STORE WITH CUSTOMERS STILL COMING IN… THE OTHER WORKER JUST LOOKING AT THE YOUNG LADIE KNOWING SHE NEED HELP BUT SHE WANTS TO CONTINUE TO SPRAY THE WATER IN THE SINK AND DIDNT HELP THE YOUNG LADIE OUT THE WHOLE 10 MIN SHE MUST BE THE MANAGER !!!!
I gave 2 stars because the staff is very nice and pleasant, but the quality of their product is questionable. Valentines day I ordered a heart white and red cake and when I came to pick it up, it was a pink cake that looked nothing like what I ordered. When I let them know, they remade the cake and I waited for about an hour. I took that as an oversight, no problem, mistakes happen. Then I ordered a suspenders cake (as seen on one of the pictures) for a birthday the day after memorial day, and this other picture is what I got. I could not even take pictures with the cake because it looked like a brand new baker who just started trying their hands on decorating did it. I mean, I am very disappointed. Two times in a row my ice cream cakes have been messed up by this store. Staff is very pleasant but product is subpar.
I was dropping off dry cleaning next door and their outdoor menu made me crave a cone. The chocolate ice cream was freezer burned? It was just off. It had a weird consistency and it tasted bad. A single scoop was $4.50.
My mom went in to get stuff for our family. She was shocked at what used to be a good location. The remodel looks nice and the workers were nice. No hair nets and it was hanging over top of the ice cream buckets while scooping. The line was practically out the door and the workers moved so slow with no sense of urgency. The milkshakes weren't filled to the top and they were so watery. Very disappointed.

I got a banana royal and only had like 4 pieces of banana in it and hardly any ice cream so I don't think I will be there again thanks

Staff are always very kind and helpful.
I’ve been going to this Baskin Robbin’s since I was a kid and I’ve been in love with the flavors I’ve tried. I enjoy going there to get a nice scoop of ice cream. If someone was looking for a good place to get ice cream I’d recommend Baskin Robbin’s not only for their 31 flavors lol and other flavors but it’s incredibly delicious.

This location has the delicious "Icing on the Cake" flavor! However, they have a CUTE window to walk up with dogs + a dog ice cream menu, but the window has been boarded up with cardboard. It has a doorbell to ring but the cardboard gives off an appearance it isn't open?
