The Cold Cut meats are prepacked together to just throw on the sub roll eith ordered. So that sub is not freshly made as a unique sandwich. The cashier never speak to you coming up to the counter or smiles most times I go there. The food is losing their sub roll stuffness too. Of course when the owner is there, service is much better. With all this going on, the food is still good.
I want to follow up on a review that was made a couple of weeks ago. Myself and my daughter went to Bella Roma as we have in the past and had a not so good experience for the third time in a row. But what I will say is I spoke to the owner regarding. he did right by myself and my husband on this visit. My husband said that the wrap was the best he has had since he moved to Md and my sub was just as I remembered delicious. not sure what needs to happed to keep the consistency...
Stop in to get a cheesesteak on a cold weekday evening. It was delicious. My family is from Philadelphia so I just get fried onions and American cheese/sharp cheddar. It hit the spot and the place was friendly and clean.
