Made it out to Benders after my first law school final after asking my neighbors where to go. James, the bartender, was beyond personable, funny, kind, and professional. This is my new bar (just moved in August!) and we are devoted to Benders after just one visit with James! Great vibes, fantastic music, PHENOMENAL service—overall, a place that cannot be beat. Thank you James for the amazing service after a stressful day, we will be back♥️ If you find yourself in Fells and need a place to unwind, play darts, have drinks, listen to good music, and be treated like family—go to Benders.

Benders is my neighborhood bar, Mike (the owner) is my actual neighbor, and he consistently makes me and my folks feel welcome, included, and part of the community. My wife and I just got married and Mike celebrated us at Benders as a neighbor and friend. This is your perfect corner bar, where everyone knows everyone, the beer flows (and he has good brews too) and the TVs are always playing the boys. 5 enthusiastic stars.
this place is great. so chill. great bartenders who will get you whatever you ask for. came here from out of town and couldn't have asked for a better place to watch our game and have a good conversation. will definitely return if we are back in baltimore!

The best dive bar in town. Hands down. Just steer clear of the IPA 90 or you won't remember how much fun you had there! With two dart boards, a pile of televisions, its the local to to sports bar. Add in the pool tables with league play, and this place is a peak dive experience.
