I've been in the restaurant industry off and on for 12 years. Mike is one of THE best bartenders I have come across. Hands down. Makes you feel welcome, amazing music selection, lots of space, plenty of great conversation.
Benders is my neighborhood bar, Mike (the owner) is my actual neighbor, and he consistently makes me and my folks feel welcome, included, and part of the community. My wife and I just got married and Mike celebrated us at Benders as a neighbor and friend. This is your perfect corner bar, where everyone knows everyone, the beer flows (and he has good brews too) and the TVs are always playing the boys. 5 enthusiastic stars.
