Management charges employees for mistakes. Having worked in service, this is always a red flag. If you're not splitting profits you don't get to split losses, my two cents. I'm fielding calls at midnight, on a work night, to try to get it sorted so the driver doesn't get stuck with the bill. Unacceptable.
The manager didn't even stick around, naturally. You won't see me rewarding bad business practices here again.

So you know how you have to find that one pizza spot when you move for days when you just aren't cooking... well since I moved here 3 years ago so glad I found big boyz... now don't get me wrong the pizza is good but the wings are AMAZING and I don't even like wings like that... guy answering phone always polite and I always get same female driver she's super sweet... big Boyz you are my go to keep it up 🍕 ❤️

Wow this place has really gone downhill You order a grilled cheese on white toast you receive a piece of weird looking chicken on a kaiser with cheese. you order meals with fries you get no fries you order a turkey club you get chucks of turkey on bread with no bacon. It all went in the trash. Do better with taking orders and learn how to make food. Most disgusting food I have ever had.

The food actually is pretty good.Everything else is the problem.They do not make your food until you show up to pick it up.Once you arrive and tell them what your ordered they take your money and then go make it.This is a terrible business practice.I typically call in my order 45 mins before lunch tell them what time I will need it to be ready and when I show up…they make the food on the sport and then go hide in the back so you can’t say anything to them until the food is ready.This place is a disgrace to the Muslims who run their businesses well!
I spent $28 Plus for a shrimp salad and an order of onion rings and it took me over an hour to get it when I got it I had exactly what I did not want on my shrimp salad and the onion rings were hard as a rock. I called him back he was supposed to make it right and I still have not gotten them on your rings yet it's been over an hour. You be the judge the food was awful coming to my door for 28.00 plus and I'm pissed

I'm reading all this comment the thing is I just pick up one of the menu in my apartment building, I scare to order there. Food should be careful cook, the cooks should think of there customer who are buying the food. I'm surprised the health department is not shutting them down. The owners need to come in and see what is going on. Ain't no way I'm going to let anyone serve customer food that is cold and undone. When someone order online there food should be good not old or satting around. People can get sick from that.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I ordered a pizza through delivery and they put the incorrect toppings on my pizza. When I called to let them know they said “we ran out and forgot to call you” I asked them to bring me a new pizza and proceeded to asked to to “manage” this time and they will write my name down to compensate me the next time I ordered. I asked why won’t they just remake a new pizza, they then said I would have to come in to order it and wait for it. SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!! The driver refused to get out of the car, and then still asked to keep my change! NEVER ORDERING HERE AGAIN!

Don't order from them. Food service charge 1.50, delivery fee 2.99, .50 food fee, all these extra charges for nothing. People are crazy. Don't let people charge you just to charge because they made new fees. Stopped orfldering from here years ago. Tried today and they want 16.99 plus tax for a medium pizza. No thanks.
