The manager in the evenings is a very rude person. Up until this point I spent a lot of money with this establishment. My order was 1hr 18 minutes. When I spoke to her about my displeasure she was rude an argumentative. I ordered twice a week until this point or at least once a week for over a year. Very disappointed.

I’m giving them a 3.8 because the food was good. Customer service is everything but when I first walked in the young lady looked at me & closed the kitchen door never saying anything. I believe the manager or owner took my order and was good from that point. Store could use an overhaul, I will return to see if changes are made.Upon returning to this store 2/7/22 it was better this time around. The lady who took my order was pleasant on the phone & when I walked into the store. The food was pretty good which puts them at a 4 out of 5.
