I went twice to this place. First was for breakfast second was for dinner. For breakfast I loved that they had oatmeal with fresh fruit and nuts and honey. Thought that breakfast was terrific. And Penny our server was awesome. I went there for dinner in order to Smashburger along with the soup of the day. I would say that they both were average. In general it's overpriced because it's inside of a hotel which takes its cut. They did a nice job at dealing with the Acoustics of a big open space with a high ceiling by putting gravel underneath the glass ceiling and making a gravel ocean with fish sculptures coming up out of the gravel. And the tables are under where the ceiling is shorter so it wouldn't be as boomy. I was impressed with the Architects design for that space. The bar is on the other side of where the tables are to eat. So the noise of the bar does not interfere with the conversations. It certainly convenient to have a decent quality restaurant inside of a hotel. I wouldn't rate it as outstanding, but it was good
Wilie T is wonderful; go see him! The food is great here (Smashburger and Korean chicken) and the lunch buffet was amazing.

Chill spot in the hotel. Open till 9 when I was there. Food was good and the place was nice since it is open and you can see the hotel from your seat. Bar seating, high tops and tables. Easy and worthwhile if you're in the hotel.

Pasta dish was completely inedible. Pasta was so undercooked that the center was completely white. The chef insisted that it was “crunchy” pasta.
The crabcake sandwich was very good, but the fish and chips was raw in the middle. They were hand sanitation liquid inside them as if they were only a decoration piece
Food is actually not terrible. The 2 stars is for service. If you order takeout the bar tenders will ignore you the entire time and act annoyed when you need help. They are busy because there’s not a lot of other options in the immediate vicinity to eat or get takeout, so I don’t completely blame the bar tenders.
Currently staying at the Hyatt and the Bistro 300 is not open. Even though the web shows hours they are not open for business..
The highlight of our visit to Baltimore.
All the food was perfectly spiced, not overwhelming, but enhancing. Crab cakes, filled with, surprise!, crab! Catfish fish and chips. A remoulade to never forget. Pretzel sticks, warm and soft, with a wonderful cheese sauce.
Our server, Sosha, was friendly, sweet, quick to serve, and accommodating substitutions.
A very memorable meal. I fully recommend this bistro.
Willie recommended the steak to me and while I had reservations I ordered it and was very happy with my decision. It’s a steak in my hotel so I wasn’t expecting much but between DoorDash and a bistro in my hotel I went with the bistro. Will gladly recommend it to anyone looking for a good low carb option.

Stayed at the Hyatt and decided to have some breakfast . We were not offered a menu upon arrival, Assumed that buffet was the only option, Was not told pricing prior. Had I known it would be $50 for my son and I, we would have went elsewhere. Great hotel but the bistro needs to go.

Stayed in the hotel for a conference and went down for breakfast on the last day after previewing the menu online. Upon being sat, we were told it's a breakfast buffet today (essentially a continental breakfast). My partner did get a build your own omelette that was decent, but with a pile of roasted potatoes that was inedible. There were limited options otherwise for vegetarians - some bowls of fruit with flies buzzing around and over-sweet pastries (one of the draws on the online menu were the protein-rich vegetarian options, but these were not offered for the buffet). I ended up eating two rubbery pancakes and three of the prepackaged cereals. We each got coffee, which was not good. Then the bill came - $26 per person, plus an added 18% service charge. Being charged $64 for what was essentially a continental breakfast at our own hotel is highway robbery!

I wouldn't recommend the breakfast buffet if it's what they are serving for breakfast. Not a lot of food options and it's 25$ per person plus a service charge. The whole ordeal is confusing and not a good experience. You have better time getting quick food from the market with better coffee for the same price.
