Willie recommended the steak to me and while I had reservations I ordered it and was very happy with my decision. It’s a steak in my hotel so I wasn’t expecting much but between DoorDash and a bistro in my hotel I went with the bistro. Will gladly recommend it to anyone looking for a good low carb option.
We weren’t staying at the hotel but just loved the menu for the bistro and came for apps and drinks. We honestly came thinking the water feature would be working but unfortunately it wasn’t. Very weird… empty rock garden with plumbing fixtures now.The short rib poutine fries were absolutely amazing!!!! However, we made the mistake of getting the crispy chicken to go. All the food was perfectly spiced, not overwhelming, but enhancing. Crab cakes, filled with, surprise!, crab! Catfish fish and chips. A remoulade to never forget. Pretzel sticks, warm and soft, with a wonderful cheese sauce.
Our server, Sosha, was friendly, sweet, quick to serve, and accommodating substitutions.
A very memorable meal. I fully recommend this bistro.
