Food is amazing. The spicy satans aioli sauce is fire! And the shrimp and grits was to die for. Literally had to savor all the flavors. Decent atmosphere and good for group settings. I'd recommend.

Every single thing we had was wonderful! We got the egg roll, Korean pancake, and the Mac & cheese. Entrees we’re steak and shrimp tacos! Best first experience and won’t be our last time here!

This is a place where you can order anything on the menu and know it will be delicious. They have staple items that are always there and change out other items with innovative dishes. The staff is friendly. The restaurant is cozy and always clean. And the food is something you just can't get anywhere else. Simply no place I'd rather go to in Canton.

Service was fast and kind at Blair's! The crispy vegan spring rolls were absolutely delicious. They melted in my mouth and the Thai sauce was the perfect addition to the dish. I went out of my comfort zone and tried the Mac+cheese+chocolate, and it just wasn't for me. The flavors ended up blending into a bitter sauce that I did not enjoy. I did find the booths to feel closed-off and dark, but the ambiance was otherwise lovely.

An unsuspecting place with amazing food! We've been eating here for a while. During the days of Covid shutdowns we found their daily dinner specials that include food and drink.Whether you take away or eat in, the steaks are always cooked to perfection!! Can't go wrong with either the steak frites or the classic fan fav Guinness fillet - always fall apart amazing. They do tend to close a little earlier than other places, but our group of 4 were finishing desert about 30 minutes past closing on a Saturday night and we didn't feel rushed out or anything.

Ordered takeout .Pros: service was very nice and food was reasonably priced. Fries are good and crab Rangoon egg roll tasty but did not carry out well ( was soggy once home).Cons: the establishment smell was nauseating and smelled like wet dog ( not great ). The chicken nuggets for my toddler were bland , mushy and overall gross ( I was told they were delicious over the phone). My husband described the steak frites as average . The duck slider was a strange texture and pretty flavorless ( I used the sauce from the egg roll to help it out ).I will not be returning despite the few pros . Again , very nice service but not appealing to my taste buds or nose AT ALL

Best fries I’ve ever had. Perfect steaks. Great first date atmosphere and great as carry out.

My sister and brother in law moved out of the neighborhood years ago, but when they visit they only want to eat at Blair's. Food was incredible as always. I ordered the Korean pancake and Caribbean shrimp tacos and then Baklava cheesecake for desert Only recommendation would be to bring back menu's instead of having to go onto your phone and look at the digital menu

One of the best restaurants in Baltimore! Food is outstanding. I'm here once a week. Tonight it's the Simple Salad, and the Crabcake. For dessert? The sinful Bread Pudding!! Wednesday night is 1/2 price bottle of wine night... be sure to stop in! Definitely make a reservation regardless of the night as it is a small space.

The food was a 5. The ambiance was a 3. So the review levels out at a 4.The Guinness filet was terrific and I get why it's the standout dish. So totally get that. But the whole feel of this restaurant from the outside is this great neighborhood bistro. And there is a bar, but no bartender on the night. Also, as some have mentioned the restaurant is done in an asian decor. Like someone bought a Japanese sushi place and just didn't redo the walls. And they use enclosed booths, which I'm thinking was done for COVID, but it gives it a real closed off feeling and seems out of place as the booths aren't connected to the walls.Again, the food was terrific and I'd totally get takeout, but I thought the interior choices were odd.

A group of ten of us reserved for dinner at Blair’s on Hudson before a concert at the church on the square in canton. We were seated at two tables because the restaurant is small and doesn’t have room for a ten-top. Ok fine. The food was quite good and we enjoyed the evening. The service was perfunctory. After we finished we asked if the server could split the checks by couple or even by table. (Some had ordered significantly more than others.) The server was unwilling to make any accommodation — one check for 10. Yes I know that’s how we made the reservation, but I also know you have a computer, and yes I know it was after the fact, but I also know you have a computer. A little flexibility would have been appreciated, but we got no apology, just “no” and “can’t do it”. The attitude was worse that the actual harm.

Service 5 star. Food 4.8 star. Value 5 star. Highly underrated establishment. Go on Sunday and get the steak frite dinner special and you won’t be disappointed

Absolutely delicious and top notch quality. Guinness Filet is 10/10, great whiskey and wine selection, and they run amazing weeknight specials!

Great food and service. The steak frites and crab cakes were both really good. My cocktail was a little watery but life's too short to hold a grudge. Still recommend

Very, very good ?Absolutely 1 of the best restaurants we have been to. We are in our 70s and foodies. This is a small local owner/chef/bartender that plays to the audience - fun dining at a very high level ?
