Waited 25+ minutes for drinks that never came. I don’t recommend this place. I do recommend The Coral Wig - the bar downstairs in the hotel. Much faster service.

Simple throwback speakeasy with a relaxing vibe. Service is always top tier along with playful list of cocktails to try.

I was served an egg white cocktail that had been sitting on the bar since I came in, so at least 10 minutes, and for who knows how long before that. That’s a health code violation, generally lazy (only 3 other tables in the restaurant), and just really gross in general.

Nice service, and my table was ready in accordance with my reservation time (not always the case with certain places).

The ambiance steals the show. Great vibes for a business or casual conversation, that’s not centered exclusively around dining.

For a bottle of sparkling water, a cocktail, and a mocktail, I paid $40 before tip.

The cocktail I got tasted like medicine a little bit. The one with vodka that’s $14. I had to add my sparkling water to make it palatable. The mocktail was cool, not sweet and not super memorable.

The cocktail my friends got, though, was SO good. It was green in color and had froth. Get that for sure. Moderate street parking.

WARNING - I strongly caution anyone who glances at the 4.5 rating and does not believe the numerous and consistent one star reviews.

I am EXTREMELY disappointed. After reading reviews, my wife and I were thrilled to go here, well, I should have listened to the other one star reviews. They are very consistent with the experience - a nice but cramped space to take pictures and get a good drink, paired with ATROCIOUS customer service.

I had booked reservations for 9pm and we showed up at 9:03. On the Resy website it stated that our reservation was limited to 90 minutes. Upon arrival we were informed that another group had "bought out" the side of the lounge area we were sitting on and said we would be limited to one hour. Our order was taken a few minutes after we got there (according the receipt our order was taken at 9:13). By 9:28 we received our drinks (I know the exact time because I took a picture of it). At 9:40, the check was dropped off at our table and the server did not even speak to us, they just put it on the table. We asked for one more drink after flagging down the server who ignored us the first time. The response was "you cannot order another drink because there is not enough time." This was at 9:41 - we had 20 minutes remaining on our already shortened reservation.

After this awkward interaction with our waiter, we asked to speak to a manager and were told there was no manager available. This was confirmed by the hostess and she said that the only way to reach a manager was by emailing the front desk of the hotel that Blooms is located in.

This was an awful way to end my wife's birthday celebration. I was embarrassed.

The wait staff being rude and inconsiderate pales in comparison to the lack of leadership and management of this establishment. The money that we were spending is just as valuable as the money of the party that entered after us. If you are unable to properly book your bar, you should not be managing it.

Needless to say, we will not be returning, and again, I strongly caution anyone who glances at the 4.5 rating and does not believe the numerous and consistent one star reviews.

Unfortunately Our barback was a little rude and after ordering caviar and oysters I requested a napkin ( I never received a cloth napkin after asking three times). The bartender made a wonderful martini and provided me with bar napkins.

Nice place aside from the food menu options, I was expecting more variety. I also called prior to arrival and asked was this place suitable for all ages, I was told yes, but when I arrived and was seated, I was asked to leave along with my 12 month old baby, and told to go to the other side of the building that wasn’t also suitable for babies because it was the same set up look as a bar area for ADULTS. It is pretty inside but do not take your children and expect appetizer style food, not entrees.

The ambience of blooms gives a luxe, 80’s aesthetic which me and my friends loved. The drinks were presented well and tasted good. I had the white branca and midori sour which I really enjoyed. We also ordered the cheese platter they had but it wasnt anything to brag about. The only thing we really really disliked was that we were reminded too often about our time limit which made our time there feel rushed.

This was my second time at Bloom’s after having a great experience during the first one, which was when they had just opened. It was nice to see that the place is popular these days and all the drinks we ordered were delicious (Midori Sour was my favorite!). However, it seems like the service did not really keep up with the expanded clientele. It took a long time for them to take our order and even longer for the drinks to arrive. I’ve also ordered their almonds (which were great!), and those took super long to arrive as well. Not a huge deal but I think they can do much better. The flashy decor/ambiance gives this place a unique character and the place has a lot of potential!

Let’s talk about how the Shrimp Cocktail is the best ever had the twist on it is just as amazing as the cocktails wow! My 5 star went to a one second night I came back horrible bar tender understaffed in of course no snacks! Which was main reason for coming tbh. I stay at this hotel frequently and service is always great. Not tonight word advice consistency.

My friend who is visiting from out of town for our homecoming weekend and I arrived last night for our 9:15 reservation. We were seated right away. The ambience was beautiful. It was looking like it was gonna be a vibe and be an amazing night. However, there was a 3 foot long industrial air-conditioning duct directly over our heads. Last night, it was only in the 60s, so it was freezing and also who can enjoy and relax when you’re being blown in the back of the neck with extremely cold air-conditioning? OK no worries so I asked the waitress if we could sit in one of the open tables she tells me that they’re getting it ready for another party that’s made a reservation that’s coming in. Ok…and so we ask well can’t we sit there and they can take the table that we are sitting at when they come in? She tells us “well then, THEY will be cold.” Speaking about the people who are coming in next after we are already here and I’ve already placed an order for drinks and food. I felt like I was in the twilight zone, why would she say this to me that I should be concerned about two random people that have a reservation after me and if they are going to be cold or not, and therefore I should just deal with it?? She basically said sorry, ladies, and just walked away…. So after she refused to move us, I asked her well. Can you do something about the air-conditioning? Again, nothing happened… I don’t think anyone wants to sit inside of a cocktail bar and be extremely uncomfortable while spending a couple hundred bucks. My girl and I were just trying to have a great night but obviously that ruined it so, we asked for the check we paid our check and we left. We felt very unwelcomed and like we didn’t matter because in fact, a stranger that has not arrived yet we should care about them being cold… The group of women next to us had also previously been sitting where we were sitting and had also requested to move so clearly this has been an issue here. My issue is the lack of customer service the lack of hospitality. We were basically just told to deal with it and I just find that completely unacceptable, especially since we were literally looking at two open tables. The place is beautiful. I really wish I had had a better experience, however I’ll never return here and , unfortunately, can’t recommend it.

Yo. This place (and equally so the Ash-Bar in the same hotel) is incredible.
I live in NY and am SHOCKED you can get some of the best cocktails there are - at these prices ($18 for a craft cocktail) and in an environment that is to die for.

I’ll keep going back because I really can’t believe how not-crowded it has been every time.

The decor inside is unmatched. Ahhhh can’t wait for my next drink here!
